We had our scheduled…read moreappointment one evening. 30 min. after out scheduled appointment time and she had still not arrived or called we realized she was going to be a no-show. We never received an email with an explanation. Two days later I decided to email and let her know we had waited for her but decided to go with another Company. She replied: So sorry about that my client made me wait at home to pick the dog up! She was very late. I got so frustrated and it slipped my mind. Danya If we went with this Company, how would I know if she's remembering to visit my pet for the scheduled visits? We have gone with a different company and I highly recommend NOT using "Beach Puppy Love". Our pets are our family and it is very unsettling to know she was this 'frustrated' and we slipped her mind. If that was the real reason she forgot our appointment, why didn't she email later that night or the next day to tell us what happened?

She works with you and your schedule and is really adaptable and flexible. When I got my guy he was shy and anxious and I was a first-time dog owner. Danya helped me to socialize him and knew how to do that when she took him on walks. My dog today is soooo happy and so much better off in the world and a large part of that is thanks to this service. If you love your dog as much as I know you do, get them the best care. This is it!

Both Kelsey & Jim deserve all the praise they get for their dedication to the Barkingham Pack ... the doggies are always looking so relaxed and happy while at the day care . Zorro waits every morning to jump in the car to get to see his friends ! He definitely seems to have a lot of fun and is quite pitted when we pick him up . Kelsey takes great pains to get beautiful and action pictures of the pack, it must be a chore to do it every day but she manages to surprise us with awesome shots . Both of us and Zorro are fortunate to have found such caring individuals who truly are devoted to the pack. Thank you Kelsey and Jim for taking such great care of not just Zorro but the entire Barkingham Pack we are also thankful for the overnight stays for Zorro while we travel.

They sent me pictures every single day, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Casper was happy, relaxed, and clearly having fun -- I wasn't worried or concerned for a single moment. It's such a relief to find a place where your pet is truly cared for like family. I would absolutely trust BBcat again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for safe, loving care for their cat.

Unfortunately, I am moving and will no longer need their services as I am moving outside of their service area. They are the best dog walking service I have ever had. Stella is exhausted every evening. Sometimes she only wags her tail when I get home because she's too tired to give me a full greeting. Stella was a sweet, awkward, goofy, and nervous dog that gets car sick. And now Stella is a sweet, awkward, goofy dog that likes going for car rides, and thinks that all dogs have the possibility of being her friend. Stella has gone through a wonderful transformation over the past three months and I attribute it entirely to Woofs Upon a Walk. It is with a heavy heart that we have to say good bye. If you are considering a dog walker in the area I 100% endorse their services.
