She had always reached out if there was a problem. I had home and auto discount (to me a bundle). We have had mail problems so I relied on my agent over the years if there was a problem. That's why I was loyal. Turns out they auto renewed my auto but not my home. Makes no sense. Did the card on file expire... was it an old card on file that was replaced from being lost on vacation. Really doesn't matter now as we were canceled and can't get it back as we are "new" customers after being with them for many years. Beyond disappointed. Will seek counsel but don't see anything we can do.

When I talked to them about how I was interested in putting in 150 a month possibly, they lied and said there was a minimum. I know this because I looked at their chart, and they even had the audacity to say it would cost 10-20k dollars to start, when investing is not around there at ALL. They then requested I leave and were just rude in general about everything. I do not recommend going here, please find somewhere else to talk to someone about your financial statements.

He was upfront about my situation and quickly resolved it for me. Nathan knew I had already been quoted a loan from another company so he helped got me the best possible interest rate for the amount of money I could afford to put down. He explained some of the legal terms such as the origination points along with the interest rate and how it would effect my monthly payment. He also ran numbers for me so I can physically see how my loan would work. He provided a quote that I used to counter my other offer. I was able to get a lower interest rate from my lender because of Nathan. Nathan was all about providing service to me, knowing it wouldn't benefit him and I so APPRECIATED that!
