During busy hours they utilize all their booths to minimize wait time, and we highly appreciate it. The Outdoor ATMs are very convenient for quick stops 24/7!

I've been in contact with Fast CU for several days now trying to resolve an issue with my card, and…read moreI'm extremely disappointed with how things have been handled. At one point it seemed like we had found a solution, but nothing has actually been fixed--and now I'm once again without access to my own card. What makes this even more frustrating is that no one has been able to clearly explain what's going on. My card keeps autocorrecting to an expired date, which prevents me from using it while I wait for the replacement. Every time I've asked for clarification, I'm met with uncertainty or inconsistent answers. I've tried to get in touch with Ellen, the EVP, hoping someone at a higher level could actually help, but I haven't been able to reach her. At this point, I'm out of options and extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support. I'm posting this in hopes that Fast CU takes this seriously and improves how they handle situations like this, because the experience so far has been unacceptable.

Depending on the line I may wait a while. Then have to wait again. With such an urgent matter, we shouldn't have to wait and wait again. We should be able to walk in, say I have an online fraud issue and be seen promptly. Would appreciate a call from the bank manager at 559-772-6695
