You NEVER put someone on hold without telling them why or asking them if it's okay. In addition, you sounded prejudice. You ask if a translator is needed after the fact. During the loan process, I requested a translator and I was told they don't offer or have translators. The institution is a joke. If you're a foreigner don't use this place. You'll be treated horribly.

Without warning, he forwarded my call to the main menu where I couldn't leave a voicemail for any specific department.
