Waited 3 hours, 2 in the waiting room and 1 hour in the exam room to be seen by a doctor for 5…read moremins. They tried to do a strep test on me BEFORE the doctor even taking a look at me (which refuse the strep test they don't work, cost you an extra 180$ too). They did that the last time I came to this clinic, they just give you a strep test to get more money out of you. It was very clear that I had some type of throat infection that I get a couple times a year so I always just get a certain prescription that works and it goes away within a few days. Which I had told the doctor about but she told me I just had bad allergies and prescribed me allergy medication? And then told me all she could really do is suggest over the counter allergy medication... I know what allergies are for myself and I kept telling her this was not just allergies. Such a waste of money and time I do not trust the doctors there

Dr. Baig is not only handsome,he is a caring and knowledgeable provider…read more This review is for his office manager,Claudia. She may be a director, not sure of her title. This review is also tardy in me writing it. Last summer, my husband became quite ill while working out of state. Long term disability became involved. It was a goat rope trying to get anything done. Claudia stayed after bouts, called the manager of the long term disability insurance claims department and turned the denial into an approved claim. This act of going beyond the call of duty allowed us to receive money while husband was out of work and in the hospital in another state. Kudos Claudia

Twice, twice in recent times I've gone to SimonMed. Both have been substandard quality and office…read moreexperience. The first time, just a few months ago, I walked in for an X-ray. Yup, no appointment, walk in. I arrived when the office opened. But, apparently X-ray staff arrived later. So I left and came back an hour later and waited in line for my X-ray. Today, again, I walked in for an X-ray. There was only one person at the reception desk. She couldn't fit me in! I was told to come back later. Hmmm! Hey SimonMed, make appointments! Staff the reception desk and X-ray department Provide better care.

I was told that they were open for business at 7:00 AM. And they accept walk in's for chest x-rays…read moreand they were first come first serve. I arrived at 7:15 AM. I was then told that they didn't do chest x-rays until after 8:30 AM. Not good news but I was there and there was no one else waiting. Then at 8:45 AM I was told that the chest x-ray tech was not going to be working today, and I would have to come back. They said they would reopen on 2Jan25 but they do not make appointments. I am not going to ever go back there again I am definitely not going to recommend Simon Medical Imaging company. I would go so far to even say that I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy much less to my ex-wife even though she probably deserves the poor customer service and poor customer care she would probably receive from Simon Medical Imaging. I think that you're taking your health and life in your own hands to get anything done by this company. Good luck Today 31Dec24 I received a call from Simon Medical imaging. The message was that they saw that I had an appointment with them see below. I will not reschedule anything with them and I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy up to including my ex-wife although she probably deserves the poor treatment and care and customer service that they provide. Hi, this is SimonMed. We see your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Please call us at 1-866-614-8555 to reschedule at your convenience.

I'm transferring my stuff though into the Eisenhower campus so I'll be doing a lot of my other scans on that campus but this place was really really good and I stopped and picked up my Medical forms and they were very kind about getting them done quickly as I waited in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes

I had a scheduled and confirmed MRI appt yesterday. Unfortunately they didn't have what they needed…read moreto perform the MRI. The entire staff was apologetic and very nice. I understand things can occur. This MRI required of me, to abstain from Intimacy with my wife for 72 hours and to fast from midnight until the procedure. Okay not a big deal, nothing to get angry about. Here is where it gets worse!!! I called the next day to reschedule and the automated answering service said they were busy and would answer when available. After being on an automated hold call with music for over one hour without anyone picking up the call, their system ended the call. To me that's way way worse than an honest mistake which occurred at my original appt. What do you think? I had to edit this review, as obviously I needed to call back after their system ended my call without answering. So on my second call, again I've been on automated hold again. I'm over an hour again of hold time to reschedule my appt that was postponed by Halo not me. You'll never guess what happened. Yes you guessed it! Same thing occurred on this call!!! Over an hour and their system ended the call. No patient should ever have to wait 2 hours to talk to a live person to make an appt for a medical procedure. That's an indication that the patient is of no concern to the provider. It is a reflection of their professionalism. It should also cause concern for the rest of their ability in other aspects of their business to provide professional service. My new rating is 1
