My husband had a dental issue he needed checked out. His usual dentist is +300 miles away so we needed to find someone local. The building is pretty old when we pulled up which gave my husband some second thoughts. The high rating gave him the courage to go in. You first walk into an entrance to the office and then to the waiting room. They have updated the inside nicely. It is clean and nicely decorated with beautiful pictures and cute seats for their younger patients. The dental exam rooms are also clean but it looks a bit more dated. I'm not sure how updates his actual dental equipment is but I'm sure it handles most problems. My dentist in LA has a 3-D printer so I'm used to a very updated office. However, Doctor Miles is very professional and is able to deal with most dental issues promptly. We only had a small issue but the doctor handled it fast and did a good job. I would recommend Dr. Miles.

I had one tooth in the front that was sensitive and the crown came off 3 times in the states. 3 dentists in the states glued the crown on but it would come off again a short time later. She did a little driving and attached another crown. 1 year later and my crown is still intact. 1 visit to Mexico vs 6 visits in the states to fix a crown. You be the judge. I like one visit.

He didn't give me the best option for my need. He made an awful bridge, which didn't seal the gum, or fit right. Please go to a few dentists for consultation before you proceed with your treatment. Once your tooth is shaved, it is too late. Here, at Vega Endodontics, I had one wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Vega, who is extremely skiilled at extraction. No pain at all. Two root canal was done by Dr. Xiomara for upper molar and premolar. First one took 2 treatments for deep cavity, which was pretty intense and hard for me. Second one was easy. Instead of a bridge, after a couple of consultations, I decided to go for an implant. I haven't decided which specialist I would go with yet. For root canal, crown, and extraction, so far they have been very good. Of course, prognosis takes time to prove its excellence. Dr. Xiomara has been extremely detailed and caring. She is a good dentist with caring heart. She speaks excellent English.

My wife and I came to Dental Solutions Algodones about a month and a half ago. We had gone to our…read moreusual dentist here in AZ and they stated we needed approximately $8k in treatments between the two of us. I had seen a program about 3 months prior that talked about the high quality of dental care available at the "Molar City" in Mexico (aka Los Algodones). Remembering that show, I did a bit of research online and decided that Dental Solutions would be our clinic of choice, and I'm so glad I made that decision. First off, getting there from the Phoenix area was relatively easy. Just like taking a trip to Yuma. The border crossing was a very smooth and easy process and once on the other side we called a number gives to us by the clinic and were picked up in their shuttle car by a friendly and personable driver. In reality, the clinic is walking distance from the border (about 4 blocks) and we actually walked back, but the shuttle was a nice option as well. The clinic itself is a newer 3-story building, well constructed and designed. It had the same quality of design and feel as our regular dentists' office in upscale Scottsdale. The front desk staff was friendly and the check-in process was rather simple and straight-forward. In minutes after check in my wife and I both headed back separately and were examined and evaluated by the staff. Everyone spoke clear English and they confirmed what work needed to be done. The cost for all the work that was suggested was approximately 25% of what we we were quoted by our US dentist, and even with adding Zoom whitening it was still drastically less than what we would pay in the states. A big positive was that they freely accepted IS credit cards including Amex, which showed me that they have confidence in the work they provide given the patients power to dispute with cards. Once we had our procedures it went very smooth.. The dentist and dental techs involved were friendly and communicative and did a great job. All the equipment was new and state-of-the-art--again feeling no different than our Scottsdale dental experiences. A month and a half after doing work and everything feels great. Our teeth are healthy and white. We will be going back in September and bringing our teenage kids as well. As an added bonus, the city of Algodones is quaint and charming and we enjoyed a nice lunch and some shopping afterwards. If you need major dental work don't pay insane prices just because you live in the US--I'd strongly suggest you give Dental Solutions a call. You'll get great care and service at a price that is affordable without sacrificing quality of care.
