They are not giving me the copy, holding it hostage, waiting for the ransom of 300 dollars. i reported it to my insurance, inspector general, and will report to several more. the medical record is an ultrasound film review. It is unknown if it is accurate, truthful, or even realiable, as Halo Diagnostics apparently practices billing fraud. The large number of negative reviews on Yelp suggest this business cares less about service quality.

Our experience has been one of top-notch quality. ---- Unlike some reviewers here, we don't mind waiting. And--honestly, if you have cancer--goodness just wait to be seen..for pete's sake. Bring a book to read, ear buds to listen to music or whatever--play a game, do a puzzle--text some of your friends/relatives you've been meaning to touch base with.-- Lack of patience is a 'disease' we all must deal with. Things typically go real fast..but so do our minds..and this contributes mightily to this nation having a lot of people suffering with insomnia at night & anger--even rage-- during the day. --BTW: Sadly, our suicide rate is mushrooming as well. NOTE: I subtracted a star because at this point in time, we feel that Halo should have additional locations --at least in California-- where one can get C-T scans, removal of cathethers, etc. If not possible to have another branch of Halo outside of Indian Wells/Palm Springs area, then at least a medical facility that "partners" with Halo. It only seemed like it because when your in a lot of pain waiting to get an Xray.... every second feels like a a minute. The waiting room is really small. Though, I do believe its X-ray only. So, if you need just an Xray, this is probably a best one to come to.

I didn't feel like I was being hurt I didn't feel like I was a patient that they truly cared about and that they wanted to really care for and I'm sick of feeling like that and I'm sick of being brushed off and I'm sick of doctors thinking they know more than me when in all reality I know my own body doctors know the science behind the way the human body functions but they don't know what I go through everyday and they don't know how I feel and they don't know what I know works. I spent more than one hour on the phone then before that 27 minutes. They keep you hanging then they hang up on you right after you say your DOB and name. WHY??? WHY IS THE STAFF SO F RUDE??? Very sad because one an appt has been made, the rest is easy. The staff at the Imaging Center is nice whether you go to Rancho Mirage or Palm Springs. It is usually an excellent service and experience. Why does Eisenhower allow the staff at the scheduling dept to be so unprofessional and rude?

It's one of the best imaging centers around. They have several locations to serve you. My only complaint is the make is very difficult to review your results. They say the results are on My Chart but make you have to set up an account on a separate web site, log on, and request them to sent the images to you. This delays viewing your images, and they are only available form short time. The process is not necessary. They should just post the images on my chart like it says they do. I gave them four Stars due to this extra step, which is the whole reason you go to them.

Called to confirm my time this morning and the lady who answered gave concise, easy-to-understand information and helpful directions. In Palm Desert today for a barium swallow test. First time to this beautiful facility. Arrived at 1245 for a 1-pm appt. First in line at check in. Insurance and ID Paperwork done in 5 minutes. Was called in for my procedure exactly at 1pm. Was greeted by two techs who explained what the test involved and got me prepped quickly. They were later joined by the radiologist who completed the final imaging. IN and OUT in 25 minutes. Took an extra five 5 minutes to wander the halls and admire the amazing skeletal images that adorned the walls. Waiting room had 20+ patients as I exited the facility. Was happy to have arrived during their sweet spot.-

The management cross referenced all my information and called me anyway. Gross violation of privacy. This place is out of control. I cannot believe they would access personal information and make unsolicited contact. I have never felt so violated by an imaging place. My requests for imaging went in on a Friday. I was never contacted and had to call to get the imaging scheduled. When I called to schedule my imaging the scheduler insisted that what my orthopedic had ordered was medically unnecessary. If that sounds like a receptionist playing doctor without a license that's because it is. After getting the request fixed, I arrived an hour early to my appointment. I was told they didn't have time for my appointment at all that day and I would need to call the number that screwed up the first time because their desk wasn't comfortable scheduling the imaging. Again, another receptionist deciding what my doctor had ordered was something they didn't feel like doing. I won't ever go here again.

You can go online and make your appointment or you can drop in just before 7 o'clock like I did. I have always been surprised at how quickly they can work you in. They are really efficient in signing you in, interviewing you, putting your armband on, and calling you back to get your blood work drawn. Because it's affiliated with Eisenhower medical center, there's a friendly positive welcoming vibe from the second you step inside the doors. You're in and out very quickly. The waiting room is so nice and relaxing. I don't know how they maintain their cheerfulness all day. I usually go in the day before my appointment and it's always done in time. Located just right of the main entrance and left of Urgent care. Grab a bagel at Einstein brothers in the lobby on the way out, especially if you were fasting.
