Pam has arranged many of my trips over the past 18 years. I just let her know where I'm going, the number of days of travel, which cities I want to visit, and what I plan to see. She takes it from there to arrange hotels, airport transfers, train tickets, and tours if necessary. Pam is knowledgeable and easy to work with (especially if you decide to make last minute changes to the itinerary). She makes wonderful suggestions with good directions for places of interest that you may not find in any tour books. She is dependable, stays in close contact with her clients and is always available for questions and/or problems that may arise. Whenever we have used Pam for our travel for decades. We always feel like she has our backs. The real measure of a superb travel agent is how they respond when things go bad through no fault of their own. Pam has worked tirelessly in the background to get us upgraded or any problems resolved quickly with vendors without so much as a terse word having to come from us. We have traveled to two hurricane stricken environments which definitely put a strain on travel agents around the globe. But Pam was always there to catch us in the event of local problems. Pam can get it done! She also has a ton of personal experience with many of the myriad locations people may choose to travel to. She'll help you get setup in any configuration that works for you too (you do airlines, she does hotels and so forth). I can't give her a higher recommendation than this. But if I could I'd give her six stars! read more

We've used Pam for various trips. We really like her. She's knowledgeable, helpful, and able to take care of some of the leg work so we don't have to. She works with other suppliers to get package deals and contract rates (often cheaper flights than you can find on your own). She's honest as well (once we found a better flight than she was able to and told us to book it ourselves and she just did the hotels and car for us). Pam will get you tours, lodging, just plane tickets, whatever you want. A couple times there's been a minor error (like the wrong date for a hotel), but otherwise she's made for smooth trips. read more

Not only did she understand the enormity of our plight, but with diligence and with no complaints, she got our flight credit back also getting money back on our rooms. We have worked with Pam for 20 years. She is a wealth of information, a master of details and gracious as they come. She's done at least 15 trips for us, some simple and some complicated. She works within your price range and has great ideas about where to go and what to do if you are uncertain on a plan. Once your trip is planned a magical envelope arrives in the mail with a reservation voucher for each detail of the trip. Mostly trips unfold beautifully but we have been known to change our mind mid planning and decide not to go (she is never resentful!), get sick just before departure and even the day of returning home. This woman is overpriced and disorganized. You can go through the main companies she goes through a lot easier than going through her. One of the companies she uses is pleasant holidays. You can go to them direct and get better pricing direct through them than through her and they are as easy as can be. Plus you can manipulate your seats a lot better instead of getting stuck with horrible seats she sticks you with. NEVER USE HER!!!!! read more
