M & K Travel Services is Fraud. Please read this review, and this will save your headache and money…read morethat you will be paying. I bought a ticket in April 2014, and paid with credit card. In order to pay with credit card, M & K Travel send you a form to complete and return it by SCANNING with your Driving license and the Credit Card copy. **The catch: No date column listed on the form.** In December 2014, I was charged second time for the same ticket I paid for in April. In Jan 2015, I was charged the third time I paid for the ticket in April 2014. Now for one ticket, my credit card was charged three times. Due to access charges, and my credit limit, I couldnt use my card anymore. I politely called the company and a call center rep took my message. "Paul" called me back and said that he will have the account check and give me a refund. Two weeks down the line, I get a confirmation of the refund. There were two receivpts attached, therefore I thought that they refunded me to TWO Exta transactions they charged. But that wasn't the case. They refunded me only for one transaction. Now when I called back to tell them that they still owe me for one extra transaction they did, Paul said that he refunded me and I need to deal with my bank now. Called up credit card company and explained them the situation. And they filed for dispute. Now for the dispute, Paul sent out the paper work which was meant for the Original transaction. Result: My credit card company came back and said that the two transactions are valid because I signed two forms and they charged me twice with my consent. The reason they did is because there was no column for date on the paper they made me sign and turned that in TWICE for the same charge. Now three months down the line, I filled another dispute that required more inofrmation from the agent - Like TWO Tickets # since they charged me twice. And this time they did not have any thing to fake, and my bank refunded me my money, and paid them only for that one transaction that I was liable for. END RESULT: To save $20 on a ticket that I bought it from M&K Travel, I had to waste 4 months running around for my two INVALID transaction that they charged without my consent. The Bank asked for proof of second transaction and they turned in paper work from first one. THIS IS straight up FRAUD. Please buy tickets directly from a reputable company or Expedia. At least you will have peace of mind and not have to worry about credit card FRAUD.

Horrible services!!! The president of this company Iqbal Randhawa is a complete fraud. Once we were returning as scheduled the airlines informed us we had no seats and the return tickets were not paid for. We contacted and spoke with him and he never called us back or answered any of our several attempts to reach him. We calls, sent emails text messages more then thirty times. We were stranded, he refused to provide us with answers! Do not use his services he's a fraud In addition to this we found out he has several cases in India pending on him as well! He left many people stranded and took their money!

It was amazing to see things in operation, especially the robots and the rainbow of colors. I would go back as an adult alone to be able to read more at the stations and take in the whole process. It would be a lot different experience when the factory is not in production. Staff were friendly. The cost of $8 for adults and $4 for kids is not unreasonable. Make sure you look for the cheaper priced candy by the cafe. Some of the regular priced stuff is pricey - like a $7.95 for a relatively small bag of orange flavored assorted beans. Cafe food was good - kids chicken strips and a delicious Asian chicken salad. Prices were not cheap but ok for the quality of food. The short train ride across the parking lot from the factory to the museum is sufficient for the young and young at heart. Museum is more geared to adults covering the history of the companies and candy production equipment.

Getting there was easy (45 mins from the east bay), parking was free, entrance was cheap, and timings were flexible as we chose not to handcuff our schedule to the guided factory tour timings. PRO TIP: We paid way more for jelly beans at the gift store on our way out than we should have. There's a factory store near the cafe which will save you a lot of money if you're not too picky about flavor combinations. You can save EVEN MORE MONEY by buying boxes of jelly beans or older flavors from the Jelly Belly museum across the parking lot. Happy to return!
