We live in Fair Oaks, and even though Your Travel Source is not located here, that did not pose any issues. We used text, phone, and internet for communicating successfully. With only 5 weeks to plan our trip, Donna worked tirelessly to find and present flights, accommodations, and tour options, she even worked the weekends. We planned to meet our daughter during the trip and she advised us on the most cost effective means to reschedule our daughter's flights. Someone asked me if there were still travel agents out there- and I said "Yes, thank goodness!" Having professional assistance was such an asset when traveling, especially to locations where one does not know the language and want to make the most of the time. Donna provided a step-by-step itinerary with all the details, and had made suggestions that only a professional would know, which made the trip such a success. And as a bonus, she was friendly and a joy to work with. Thank you Donna!

I know many of us plan our own trips now (especially with the internet), but really, some of us just don't have time to look at every option. And, when you're planning a trip with more than 2 people, forget about it. Chris will do all of that for you--checks all the best deals, the best hotels, etc. She will also do extra research on activities for each place you want to visit. She planned my parents' European cruise and they loved it. She sent me their itinerary before and after, lets me know when they have arrived. And, if there are delays or baggage issues, she will also help sort that out. She is a true service provider. Keep in mind, too, that you don't pay anymore to have her help you. Her commissions come out of the cruise or hotel or whatever it is that you are booking. She's simply terrific. I don't want to plan a long trip without her! There is no reason why you need to stress over planning any trips in the future when you have Chris Meny. She also emails and does a lot of work over the phone. So, you never have to worry about having to go to Fairfield, where she is physically located. Bravo to Chris for her amazing service!!!

Have not taken our trip yet, but VERY unimpressed with this agency…read more We only contacted them at the suggestion of Backroads to assist with travel arrangements before and after our Backroads bike trip in Europe. First call into the agency, I was passed Around at least 3 times before someone was able to assist me. I was VERY clear with the agent that we wanted luxury hotels- prefer smaller boutique properties near sights BUT quiet- no nightclubs or hotels on busy main boulevards. Agent promised to send a few suggestions next day or so. Finally after about a week, she submitted her suggestions. I checked them out on Trip Advisor and guess what....her first choice for us was rated poorly due to LOUD, noisy rooms! When I pointed this out, she said " oh you are right!". Long story short, we are now at least 3 months since my first contact and we STILL do not have the promised arrangements finalized. I called her to ask when we would have it. She was not available so I left a voice message. When she called me, I was busy and asked her to call me in 10 minutes. An hour later, still no call, so I give up and go online and book my first hotel myself. I want to be sure we have a place to stay after a long flight overnight from the US. I call her back again and she says" oh I forgot about you". That was about a month ago, the trip is almost upon us and I STILL do not have all arrangements made. Horrible experience.

It was seamlessly working with Royal Coach!! I didn't ride the buses but I've heard from our guests!! They were so surprised to see a huge "greyhound" bus vs a typical shuttle bus. They reported the inside was cleaned and seats were comfortable. They were very impressed! I was impressed as I saw the buses driving down the hill to the wedding.
