This business recently sold to new owners. I had been using them for both my small business network…read moreand personal computers. NEVER AGAIN. Took my mid-2012 iMac 27 for diagnostics since it had dramatically slowed to a crawl suddenly with lots of the "spinning beach ball". I want by a couple of days later, they were not sure but thought my hard drive was corrupt. After a full week I went back and was told it was the hard drive. They claimed they had not actually opened the computer because they are factory sealed. True enough. They also claimed to have phoned me twice to tell me this. Not True. No record of missed calls on my phone , no messages left. We agreed they had the right number, but could not explain lack of records or why a business would not leave a message. So after a week I was told a problem had been diagnosed, not fixed. Took my computer home after paying $100.00, and phoned Apple Care. Although no longer under warranty they were kind enough to offer help. We agreed to restore from Time Machine backup from last known day of running normally. Works perfectly again. Back to Eurotech with very sour taste. Told my story is to the fellow who had "diagnosed" hard drive failure. Insisted could be coincidence was working after restore, and his diagnostics were accurate. Manager listened to story and to his credit returned my money. At the end of the day they neither looked at nor called me about the computer.

No I would not like to buy an extended warranty. I would just like to purchase this wickedly overpriced generic brand iPhone cable and be on my way. It was until I found out that the dollar store in the same mall carries a lot of the electronic accessories, cables, chargers etc. that I would go to The Source. Granted, the accessories they carry are a higher quality than a dollar store, they're still really high priced for what they are. I'm not even one to only want the cheapest item out there, either. I am often very willing to pay more for a superior product. What I don't dig is the high pressure sales people, trying to get me to buy things that I don't want or need, many of whose questions I outlined at the beginning of this review. While this cliche used car salesman tactic might bump your sales in the short term, it makes me feel really uncomfortable and I don't want to return.

The staff and the manager Jeff were nice and friendly enough to make sure I would buy headphones which I became satisfied for the price I was willing to pay. I went with the $50 sony headpbones. The base and trebble is perfect for my confort. I was quite suprise and amazed how much customer service has improved over the years at this location. I would highly recommend this location.

I bought the MSI MAG PANO 100L PZ black case and I am in love with it. I needed more space to fit my new RAM and Graphics card as well as the existing fans and this case does not disappoint! I love3 how spacious it is, and that I can see all of the RGB on my components. It is easy to get in to for cleaning and dusting and should I chose to expand my system, I won't need another case. I initially chose this case for the looks online, but now that I have it, I am impressed with the overall aesthetics.

But of course, I would have to try my luck and call on the day of the shipment. They haven't got a shipment in for awhile so they don't know when but should be soon. I later walked around the store and I have to say. Yes it was quiet on a weekday but the layout is pretty good. Its spacious and comfortable to walk around. Good exercise and you get to browse the store.

Took it into Memory Express Calgary NW about 1 month ago. Was told it would take two weeks or more to get it back to me. I received a call from the technician working on my machine within one week. He related the problem to me over the phone and that he was in the process of repairing the damages. That was a Friday, by Monday I picked up my computer and brought it home. Total time I was without my computer was just over 1 week. I have been using it for approximately 3 weeks with out a problem. It boots up faster than before and there have been no more ugly blue screens of death. My cost was below what I was expecting to pay. I can't say enough good things about my interface with Memory Express regarding the repair of my computer.

The phone arrived at the store when we were away. I went off airplane mode once to check voicemails, and of course, there was a message about the phone being in. I called them back, and they agreed to hold it at the store. When I went in to pick it up, I was told it was going to be $200 more than what was advertised on the Rogers site for a boxing day sale. They said I had missed the sale, and simply refused to honour the price. They didn't seem to even care. I will never do business at Rogers store 611 again.
