I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The…read moretechnician came to my home for less than an hour and charged $200. At the time, my printer was working when he left. A couple of weeks later, the printer stopped working entirely. I then spent over an hour on a Zoom troubleshooting session with him, where I was told the issue was with HP and that I needed to contact them because my computer was not recognizing the printer. Unsatisfied with that answer, I hired another technician. Within approximately 20 minutes, he resolved the printer issue and got everything working properly. He charged $45. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

This business recently sold to new owners. I had been using them for both my small business network…read moreand personal computers. NEVER AGAIN. Took my mid-2012 iMac 27 for diagnostics since it had dramatically slowed to a crawl suddenly with lots of the "spinning beach ball". I want by a couple of days later, they were not sure but thought my hard drive was corrupt. After a full week I went back and was told it was the hard drive. They claimed they had not actually opened the computer because they are factory sealed. True enough. They also claimed to have phoned me twice to tell me this. Not True. No record of missed calls on my phone , no messages left. We agreed they had the right number, but could not explain lack of records or why a business would not leave a message. So after a week I was told a problem had been diagnosed, not fixed. Took my computer home after paying $100.00, and phoned Apple Care. Although no longer under warranty they were kind enough to offer help. We agreed to restore from Time Machine backup from last known day of running normally. Works perfectly again. Back to Eurotech with very sour taste. Told my story is to the fellow who had "diagnosed" hard drive failure. Insisted could be coincidence was working after restore, and his diagnostics were accurate. Manager listened to story and to his credit returned my money. At the end of the day they neither looked at nor called me about the computer.

It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. They said I had missed the sale, and simply refused to honour the price. They didn't seem to even care. I will never do business at Rogers store 611 again.
