The sliced veggies were great so my celiac daughter could scoop the yummy spreads instead of pita. As lamb lovers, we ordered the lamb kabob plate and the lamb clay pot. The plate came with scrumptious rice, Greek salad, and sliced veg. The clay pot was filled with diced potatoes, tomatoes, and tender cubes of lamb, beautifully seasoned. So much delicious food! Our waiter offered dessert, but we were stuffed and settled for to-go boxes. I had an excellent lunch for two more days! As a big fan of Mediterranean food, I don't know how I could have missed Istanbul, but my first time surely won't be my last.

There's plenty of seating inside and the space is decorated with pictures of Greece, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. I was charged, given a confirmation number, and a pickup time of 7:37pm. When I arrived just after 7:30pm for my takeout, the employee came to the window and told me that they closed early and aren't doing anymore orders. When I showed him my confirmation email receipt he told me it doesn't matter and that I needed to go home. When I explained that I already paid and asked for a refund he flat out said no and that it's not his problem. When I pressed further for an explanation to why their website would take an order if they're closed and demanded a refund, he pretended not to understand me anymore and told me to leave. Caravan Grill is open until 8pm, this can be confirmed on Google and the hours posted on their door. I'm beyond frustrated that they would take my order, charge my card, and send me a confirmation email with a pickup time only to close early. Additionally, how can you charge me and then not provide the service I paid for and deny me a refund? Lastly, why the rude attitude with me like I'm at fault for ordering food.
