I saw many name-brand and designer clothes, shoes, and accessories. The racks and shelves were organized and fully stocked. Prices were moderate to high. It was bustling with a DJ playing music with a an upbeat tempo getting everybody in a good mood. Everything is clean, ready to show, and organized. Everything was in its place with price tags and product info. All sales staff were on their game. Remember, this is a new store to the state, so no borrowing staff from a nearby store. And I was never left unattended in any department without someone offering to help with a smile. The only regret was that the grand piano, a staple of Von Maur stores, was not in play due to them opting for the DJ in its place. Never fear, the grand piano is present, though. Great presentation, selection, customer service.

Everything was stylish but extremely comfortable, lovely soft fabrics, will work for me as I size back down and then some, and made me feel very chic.
