This particular store is in South Hills Village mall. The store's merchandise includes women's t-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts, sweaters, shackets (which look like thick shirt-jackets to me), dresses, jeans, skirts, loungewear, boots, hats, handbags, jewelry, etcetera. When I shopped here, I saw mostly brands that I did not recognize but also a couple familiar name brands such as Free People and Madden Girl. Prices were moderate, and the store was having a sale of BOGO 25% off for some full-priced styles and a sale of 50% off for some other styles. Some of the clearance prices were bargains. Overall, this store is not one of my favorites, but I sometimes find some styles that I like.

This particular store is inside Ross Park Mall, and *it will soon be relocating.* As part of the upcoming relocation, this Rally House is currently have a sale of 40% off everything except jerseys. When I shopped here, two very friendly employees made conversation with me and informed me of the sale. The store was fully stocked with a great assortment of shirts and other merchandise for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates; universities such as the University of Pittsburgh, The Pennsylvania State University, and Duquesne University; and others. The selection was not yet picked over. My husband and I chose several Pittsburgh and Penn State shirts. The cashier promptly and courteously rang up our purchase. Five shirts cost a total of $92--a savings of $62!

I called Berk's this past Saturday, 9/13, at 9:30 am to inquire if we needed to schedule an appointment for a fitting. The store was closed, so I left a message asking for a return call. By 10:30 am, I still had not received a call, so I decided to call again. This time, I was informed that no appointment was necessary and we could just come in. When we arrived at the store, we were not acknowledged by any employees. My son and his girlfriend started looking around and found a jacket, and then we began browsing shirts and ties. Despite being in the store for approximately 15 minutes, not one employee offered to assist us. My son eventually suggested we leave and go somewhere else, which we did. Despite my hesitations due to their online reviews, we decided to go to Men's Warehouse. To my surprise, they were fantastic! We ended up purchasing a tux, shirt, tie, and shoes there. This experience has convinced me not to return to Berk's, even though I have bought numerous suits for my husband from your store in the past. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve customer service in the future.
