It felt rude and inconsiderate to start a cleaning process so close to guests who were actively eating. They said they used only lemon water to clean the grill. However it did not smell that way. It smelled just like a dirty wet rag and pine sol. We have been to other Ohjah locations and we've never smelled chemicals as they were cleaning the grill. What bothered me most was the response when we expressed concern. We were told, "It doesn't matter. I have to clean it." The comment came across as dismissive and made us feel like our dining experience was unimportant. The food was good but customer service and consideration for guests are just as important. Cleaning the grill is understandable, but doing so while customers are still eating--and responding dismissively when concerns are raised--left a negative impression.
