Upon answering the phone, Jamie was extremely defensive and said she would not be giving me a credit or a refund without bringing the piece in first and continued on about how this was an oversight and didn't warrant a review. Bottom line: I called to try and set up another appointment and instead she decided to ramble on to me about how inappropriate of a review this was. I tried in between her continual angry rant explain that I was not able to contact her first about it. When I picked up my piece I tried calling. After her response to my review I tried calling. Jamie became progressively became rude and argumentative despite me just wanting to support a local business. Again, I tried calling multiple times even after I left the place with my project. I waited on hold multiple times, left a message, and attempted to communicate this to her, but she only continued to argue, despite my minimal engagement and direct statement of intent to inquire about the post she left and come back. Terrible customer service. Honestly left the phone call shaken by how a customer could be treated for wanting to come back and inquiring about the response to a review. Disappointed because we had fun the first time and wanted to try it again. Update to Jamie's response of slandering a customer: Never did I ask for a free session! I called asking to set up an appointment for tomorrow and asked since I was going in what my options were for the project that the original post was about! Maybe if she wasn't so busy accusing me of being "inhumane" for an honest review she could have understood what I communicated to the first individual who answered the phone!! So after being yelled at by her and my character attacked for writing a review I told her I was no longer interested in bringing my piece in as it was a gift anyway for someone. Jamie came on the phone ready to just argue and accuse me of being a bad person for writing a review. It's hurtful to be accused and responded to this way for vocalizing my experience. Over the phone Jamie was extremely disrespectful and disruptive. It's unbelievable to be accused of a false review for stating my experience and being extremely disrespected. Sorry Jamie, you will not intimidate me or bully with your business practices or argumentative behavior.

Just completed three full days of drop of party series with my awesome, VERY energetic, special…read moreneeds child. I stayed the first day and witnessed the team bust their ass doing their best in making sure the kids were safe, areas were clean and tidy, and them preparing the for the next activity all in the while the kids were having fun. My son had a BLAST these three days because of the amazing team. It has ALWAYS been a struggle getting my son into these type of things and often times I would get calls to pick him up early due to challenging behaviors or him not wanting to participate and I quite frankly had given up any hope until we tried Pizazzles. The staff were all super friendly, kind, and understood my craziness in making sure my son was behaving appropriately while I wasn't there and respecting the fact that my son may or may not want to participate in all of the activities. My son told me that he had a great time and looked forward going back the next day. I'm so happy this worked out and looking forward to their other events in the future! Definitely A++++++++

Wow!! I can't stop…read morethinking about what a wonderful day today was, and it's all thanks to the great people at Kids U. We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! From the start, before the big day, communication was clear and we were given exact pricing. I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were! I 10/10 recommend Kids U for any birthday parties you may be considering. Thank you guys, so much!!
