Wow!! I can't stop…read morethinking about what a wonderful day today was, and it's all thanks to the great people at Kids U. We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! From the start, before the big day, communication was clear and we were given exact pricing. I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were! I 10/10 recommend Kids U for any birthday parties you may be considering. Thank you guys, so much!!

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

She had an absolute blast. There are more advanced areas for bigger kids with a knack for adventure, like a small obstacle course, rock climbing over a foam pit, and they also have a vertical incline that kids can climb with the assistance of an employee (harness required). This is a wonderful place to get all that kid energy out. They have arcade games and a small cafe which has pizza and hotdogs. The cubbies are near the front door and also near the bathrooms on the right hand side. Leave your stuff at your own risk (i've never had an issue). There is a lot of parking, but stay clear of the truck bays to the left of the entrance. One of the employees said there's free coffee for the parents on the weekends, although I've never had any.

We worked closely with Lorrie for planning and Olivia for hosting. Lorrie and her team was so communicative, helpful, and attentive throughout. We truly appreciated having someone we could count on to answer questions and help everything come together. On the day of the party, Lorrie, the staff, and Olivia (our host) were amazing. They were helpful on site and consistently gave us extra time and support, which allowed us to enjoy the celebration without feeling rushed. They even helped with cleanup, and those thoughtful gestures meant so much to us as parents. What stood out most was how willing everyone was to help. Their kindness and care made the whole experience feel special, and we're so grateful for the effort they put into making our son's birthday such a wonderful memory. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the experience and how much fun they had! It was such a joy to celebrate together and see everyone enjoying themselves. A heartfelt thank you to Lorrie, Olivia, and the entire Boundless Adventures team. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a birthday celebration or a fun outing with family and friends. From management to the employees that are supposed to be professional and accommodating were none the less anything but that. They were very rude and disrespectful to my family and brother's friends. This party was 2 hours and was very costly. Upon the 2 hour mark, the guests were being rushed to leave, basically being told to get out, party is over. My brother offered to pay an extra 30 minutes and was told "NO" rudely by the manager. Then was charged a late fee on his credit card. Of which, will be disputed as fraud. We were there an extra 10 minutes!! My brother generously tipped these rude people and one of them said it was NOT enough. It should be more. My sister in law made the dessert herself and the food was brought in my her mom. So this venue did nothing except rush the guests and made what was supposed to be a VERY HAPPY occasion for my nephew an uncomfortable one. I do not recommend and will not return. Except a dispute from my credit card. You need to evaluate the people you hire. Disgrace.

What a DISASTER!…read more While this place could potentially be fun, the staff is absolutely clueless and the entire place is just so obnoxiously filthy. The staff is not trained, in anything, at all. They don't know how to properly ring you up (even though we had 3 people behind the registration desk when we came in - I still had to explain how to charge me; all 3 men were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers), they don't monitor the jumpers or enforce any safety procedures whatsoever. I could potentially let that slide if I really had to but the absolute filth we found at Get Air was just so unbelievable. First of all, we are still dealing with COVID. Even if we weren't, the entire place consists of high touch areas but nobody is cleaning anything. The website advertises "Our Commitment to Cleanliness" which is such a lie! They claim to clean multiple times throughout the day but let me tell you - a lie! The main floor, right as you walk in, full of dirt, paper and other things (sticky too!). I brought two small kids for jumping with me and I had to hold them the entire time because the floor was just so disgusting. You cannot possibly believe that people will take your word that you are cleaning this place multiple times throughout the day. The filth on the floor was at least a couple days old. The vending machines - dirty! I get it - kids touch the glass and all. I understand. But don't lie to customers you are cleaning and disinfecting and all, when you are so obviously not. Bathrooms - OMG where to I even start?!?! So sickening... and the changing mat for a child who is not potty trained yet?! Almost made me nauseous. I had to scrub that thing down with 1/3 of my box of wipes, put a blanket on it and all, just to make sure I could change my son. UNBELIEVABLE! The least Get Air could do is to get a new mat, since the one they have has never been changed; it's yellow and brown. Nobody cleans that - I guarantee it. I have kids, I know what dirt looks like and when things are not cleaned. Get Air is NOT A CLEAN PLACE by any means. It's a shame. I spent $60 today to look at the most disgusting place I've seen in years. And mind you - this is during COVID too. And the fact this place is supposed to be for kids, big and small, and the owners and management do nothing, absolutely nothing, to keep it clean for the sake of our kids, is just mind-blowing and so off-putting. I absolutely did not feel safe or comfortable at Get Air. They claim that the "jumpers' health and wellness are of the utmost importance" to them but that is a lie. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere, there are a lot of other, wonderful and CLEAN places in Stamford and Norwalk. A VERY disappointed mom
