The coaches here truly want to see you succeed and celebrate your milestones, such as hitting 50 classes and upping your spring load. Each coach has their own style but the workouts are consistent. I'm not going to lie, the workouts are tough! I was dying Mr first class and I still feel that way from time to time. But you'll see results - strength and toned is what will happen to you if you continue to work at it and stick with it. I think you can find classes on class pass, but I book through the app since you can see your stats, plus a membership makes it more affordable.

I appreciate that the showers had two curtains, and a space to hang your things without getting it wet. The lobby area has free coffee to start your morning, and basketball courts. When you venture upstairs, there's a weight room, machines, ellipticals, tons more for everyone. There's also a pool, with heated water and a hot tub, a kids play area and a slide. The sauna is located inside the pool. They also have a day care for families! I thought this was a great location for the whole family to visit and use!
