Although another trainer was later assigned to cover the missed sessions, I requested that all future personal training sessions be canceled in accordance with the contract. Despite this, Crunch continued to withdraw funds from my account for personal training services through August 2025, even though no training was provided. I have been requesting a refund since August 2025, and as of January 2026, I have not received it. I have received no resolution from staff at the Brook Road location, and I am being repeatedly redirected without results. If this matter is not resolved promptly, my next step will be to pursue this issue in small claims court.

I have weak wrists from years of doing gymnastics, so it's hard for me to do exercises where my full body weight is on my wrist. She is so good now that she just automatically gives me an alternate exercise when we have heavy wrist weight activities! I regularly go to CO2Fit Xpress, Surf, and Running Group.
