You come in, do 9 rounds of 3 minute each and have a 3 minute break in between. The trainer teaches you each round and will be there for anything you need during your workout. 30 min and you get a great full body workout with muscle work as well as cardio. You get a heart monitor you can wear and shows on the tv to help you see how you are doing along the way. Jess is the owner and she's awesome and super helpful. The other trainers are fantastic as well, good people all around. It's the best workout and nothing like it in town. I use to go to another kickboxing place and this is really great for letting out any frustrations and feeling good after. You get a free first time class so worth the try!

This is such an excellent workout! First with the spin getting your cardio up then moving directly…read moreinto weights and strength it works out your whole body and then the closing exercise is the yoga! The yoga is just amazing because now it stretches everything out and you get a cool down. It's such an all-around exercise and very balanced. One of the other things I really like about this is even though you're in a class, you workout at your pace and at your endurance level. You're not trying to keep up with the class you're trying to work your own body at your pace. Excellent work out! I highly recommend this to everyone!!

This gym is inclusive in all aspects, not to mention so much fun and a great workout. The classes are all tailored around YOUR personalized "base code," which allows you to workout in a community, but challenge yourself according to your level of fitness. This facility has brand new equipment and a great location (close to Busch Gardens) to boot. Another great factor is the safety. They are right around the corner from a police precinct. I am in love with this place! If I had the money and if it was closer to my house, I would TOTALLY JOIN! They have new equipment and everything is taking care of! If you have kids, this is your place! They have a room where kids can watch tv or play video games, ping pong table, and more! The community is amazing, they are all helpful and nice! They also respect each other's space!! I would love to come back and actually workout in there!
