X-Team isn't your typical gym. The group fitness classes are different everyday and it's truly a team atmosphere. You have both indoor and outdoor options as well as yoga and group runs. Because the workouts change everyday, it never gets boring or predictable. You also end up hitting every muscle group without having to think about what to do next. The other trainers are fantastic as well, good people all around. It's the best workout and nothing like it in town.
