The other trainers are fantastic as well, good people all around. It's the best workout and nothing like it in town. I don't know what the cleaning person is doing there all day but it's not cleaning. Please clean the bathrooms and shampoo the carpets in the dressing room area. I can feel sticky buildup grime on my feet when I'm changing. I have learned to clean my own machines when working out. No-one is going to do that for you especially the cleaning staff. Plenty of work out machines and so far the staff has responded to concerns I have had in the past. Please do something about the uncleanliness of the bathroom and dressing areas. This is a health issue.

The managers at golds gym routinely stop my 6 years old son from going in the basketball court…read morebecause there is a liability issue. Completely understand, however none of the other gym rules are enforced. People record themselves constantly, every single visit I see multiple people lifting free weights in bare toe flip flops, slippers, ug boots and even barefoot. Liability has to be concern for the other rules correct? I have told staff multiple times about flip flops and they laugh at me. Just curious if a staff member may have a response. Thanks wish all rules were enforced
