These guys are a joke. They have not stopped a single robbery over the last 2+ years. Multiple cars stolen (4 that I know about), multiple catalytic converters stolen. Somehow their Live Monitoring service missed an entire 15 minute span while the criminals break in, hot wire and drive off at 5:15 am Saturday 1/20/2024. We have had a community meeting (they showed up 20 mins late to) where they promised to do better and assured us that they were making changes to our service. Nothing changes. read more

Our parking lot area has used OnView Integrated Solutions for several years. They are a JOKE to say the least. Do not trust them to do what they say. We were told there would be live monitoring from 11:00 pm until 6:00 am. We have had 2 motorcycle and at least 4 vehicles STOLEN during the live monitoring time frame. There have been numerous catalytic converters stolen from vehicles parked in our NOT SECURE parking lot. When you get a video of the event it almost impossible to get any detailed information - like the make or model of the car they arrived in much less what the people look like. Hate to be the person saying I would leave ZERO stars if I could but every single interaction with their employees leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They've never not harassed someone they interacted with. Their security is so unhelpful I'd rather just deal with a robber personally. What's the point of paying them if they don't protect anything and put their hands up as if they were tied when you ask for assistance? The security outsources their work to SVPD when they don't want to do their jobs. If they don't want to do this they should pick a useful job like stocking shelves. read more

This security company is complete trash. And I mean COMPLETE TRASH. I currently live in a building "monitored" and "protected" by this company. In the short 8 months that I have lived in the building there has been several motorcycles stolen from the parking garage, several cars have had car parts stolen (including my own car) and several hit and runs. Homeless people defecate and steal. People's packages go missing from their porch. Common areas have been completely destroyed all under the watchful eye of this so called "security company"! When you call the guards to report suspicious activity or anything of that nature the typical response is "we currently don't have a guard on site but will send one over as soon as possible!" And guess what! They never come, wait I thought you were supposed to have a guard on premises?!? Why are you even being paid? Then when a guard is on site (which really isn't that often. Maybe once a month you'll see them) their busy hanging out in their car with their girlfriends or whoever. Or their asleep or watching a movie! If you're looking for a company to protect your assets or property this probably isn't the company to go to. You'd be essentially paying them for nothing. read more

Our HOA used Onview for longterm parking monitoring. They called a tow truck on my Honda Accord because there were two Accords and they didnt track by license plate. My car wasn't even parked there for that long because I was out of town and left it at SFO. The manager was very rude over the phone. He told me to provide proof so I contacted SFO parking. They kindly sent me screenshots of me entering and leaving. I gave the manager/owner a printout and he said he would refund me. Never heard a word or apology read more

Just at the CVS in Sunnyvale, when one of the "security guards" decided to slow to 3 miles an hour in the parking lot when my husband finally honked at him because we were trying to leave. The security guard got out and proceeded to describe my husband as an idiot, who was going yo cause an accident. He went on to call him a princess, and the used a racial slur against him. I wish I could give zero stars. I had an awful experience with a security officer tonight. She was blocking my parking spot and wouldn't move after repeated attempts by me and my boyfriend to get her to move - honking, pointing to my parking space. She sat in her car, and continued ignoring us. My boyfriend got out of the car, waved his hands to get her attention, she looked up then back down, continuing to ignore us. Finally he tapped on her window and asked her to move her effing car. She finally moved so we could get by and park. She got out of her car and as we were explaining we just wanted to park, she kept saying "Keep talking, you are getting more and more violations". Violations For what??? As a member of a "security" business you'd think she would be trained to do all she can to not cause such aggravation. I called this security company and spoke with "Dan". Not sure what his role in the company is but he expressed a false sense of superiority as well. He said he would have arrested my boyfriend if he was there. Arrested? For what exactly? These security guards can "arrest" people?? Is it the uniform that gives these security officers a feeling they are above the law and can bully non-uniform wearing citizens? I was so tempted to call 911. This is my very first Yelp review. I'm writing this so that when others experience their lack of professionalism, they will know they are not alone. A uniform and threats of reporting "violations" to my apartment manager doesn't make a secure environment, it just makes her/them bullies. read more
