The reason for a 1 star is cause i could not give them a -5 stars. The reason why i give them this is cause they have been sittin on two of my packages that we SHIPPED from Walmart and now they want to sit on them at the warehouse here in Henderson Nv. Does anyome know who to contact down here about this problem? Can i show up down there with my id and they can give it to me in person? read more

I hate when Walmart uses this carrier. You can't receive email updates using the tracking number other than it was delivered. Sometime they knock on my door, sometimes not. I have to open the door every now and then to check so nobody takes it. I have had packages left at 7:30AM to evening. Customer service has insisted my package was delivered and left at my door. It was at 7PM the next day. Tracking today reads EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE 02/10/21 By End of Day. Does that mean It's out for delivery today or not ? The driver who often delivered at my apartment complex was awesome. The previous and more recent, not so much read more

This service is horrible! They get a lot of overflow from Fedex. Unfortunately, they do not understand that if you come into an apartment building and just throw the packages on a table, ANYONE living or visiting there csn walk off with it. I live in a secure senior building, where everyone is either a senior or disabled, or both!. We expect packages at our door, especially now during the pandemic. I have had numerous packages taken. Wal-Mart and Chewy use them a lot. They end up having to replace a lot of packages here. If you have packages being shipped, you might ask who the carrier will be before you deliver. UPS and USPS deliver to your door! read more

Talked to 3 different customer service agents, all of them lied to me. My package been sitting in your warehouse since 12/1/19 and they delivered it on 12/2/19 at 6:43pm. I didn't receive my $134.24 Jacket from Blizzard Gear/Fanatics. Called yesterday 12/3/19 to see what's going on, and found out the worst on a email confirmation that my signature was forged, so some scum courier driver stole my merchandise. They said they're going to file a investigation. I don't believe anything that comes from OnTrac. Shame on you as business letting your employee steal from your customers. If I see that OnTrac is delivering, I automatically cancel my orders just to save a major headache. BBB should investigate your shady business, what a god awful, lying and stealing shady business! read more

OnTrac really came through for us...accurate and timely delivery with a courteous driver/delivery person. 4-of-4 packages delivered on time/as-promised. 100% disabled ground combat veteran helped by driver dropping boxes inside garage...over and above service even if it took literally 5- to 10-extra seconds!!! Thanks! I sympathize directly with those other reviewers at 1-star ratings...for lost or misdirected...we too suffered misdirected boxes early in our move late '17-early '18 due to common gate code for two HOAs/separate Pardee new home phases and VERY close street names...confusing back then for drivers and delivery folks of ALL companies. A kind Neighbor brought us our Chewy.com order back then... Thanks OnTrac...keep trying to improve constantly and pass on lessons learned/best practices to all associates. You nailed high-speed/low-drag service this time!!! read more

Really should be ZERO stars. Tracking shows package was delivered on front door step. No package there. Checked my surveillance footage during the time package was marked delivered and I see a delivery truck driving around my cul de sac and drives pass my house. No stopping on my street at all. Just drive thru. Go through my footage for the full day and NOTHING was ever delivered. Called customer service the first time after a long hold got through to a live person. Gave person tracking info and explained what happened. She puts me on hold says she's gonna Investigate then all of a sudden disconnected. I call back and get a different person. Gave my info and he looked it up. But this time he says their GPS shows it was delivered to the correct address so file a claim with the retailer to get a new package. I told him I have footage that the delivery driver didn't even stop! He continues with the bullshit that their GPS shows it was delivered so there's nothing he can (or wants) to do. Gives me some bullshit email to send the video footage to and maybe it'll get resolved. This package was suppose to be a birthday gift and I paid extra to have it one day expedited. DON'T SHOP WITH ANY COMPANY THAT USES ONTRAC FOR SHIPPING. This has obviously happened to a lot of people so I don't know how they keep getting away with this crap. Need to press charges on the delivery person for theft or something cuz they're definitely keeping the packages. read more

This company is horrible. How do you have a company is largest on track supposedly is with no customer service number if you have a problem or need to speak to someone and then, when you do virtual assistance after you've given them, your information, they consistently ask the same questions over and over, like it's just a game. It was a merchandise order never received even though Ontrac says it was delayed but the company says it was delivered and then the one 800 number on the truck of on track it just says go online and check your order. It doesn't give you an option to speak to anyone, so do you literally have to go to the company if they're locally knock on their door and say hey what's going on with my order This company is so unprofessional and need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and make all type of complaints. Horrible sad I am still trying to reach someone if you have a 800 number or a number that I can reach someone and we can resolve this without it getting messy or filing complaints. That would be awesome. read more

For the second time in as many weeks, they have delivered my packages to the wrong address. I watch the tracking all day to have it say "out for delivery" only to have it update sometime after ten pm saying that it was delivered at least six hours prior, with someone having been home all day and no sign of any delivery. This is becoming ridiculous and my opinion will not change until their quality of service does. read more

I did not receive my order! Unfortunately the website I purchased from keeps directing me to this company to deliver my items.

I added a delivery instruction for a 15lbs package full of clothing. Sent it 2x and even chatted with a representative who was in hurry to end the chat, no empathy, you can feel that he has no intention of resolving your request. The message has a subject of PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGE BY THE FRONT DOOR. I requested for the package to be left inside our gate going to the backyard. Since this was in a big box, I was scared that it might be stolen by the porch pirates. I spoke with a certain Aaron via chat to check if my request was sent to the driver and if the driver have acknowledged the message. Aaron assured that it was relayed to the driver and that the package will be dropped off as requested. I was unsure if this was indeed received by the driver, I called my sister who lives 15 miles from the house to check my package, guess what? the package was left by the front door! What if this was stolen??? This is the worst delivery service a company would use! Your items are not secured, no phone number to contact, a chat option with representatives that don't care and are just there for their pay check, worst customer service! I will have second thoughts if I buy online and they use this delivery service. Will definitely NOT recommend!!! read more

The Two times I ordered from fashion nova in the past my packages says delivered but was delivered to neighbors!!! Like how do mess that up ! Now I was supposed to have two packages delivered on Saturday 7/24/21 and today is 7/27 shipment is delayed twice now I have requested to pick it up because I paid extra for next day shipping because I'm leaving out of town tommorow hopefully it will be ready for piccup today but this delivery service is the WORST !!!!!!! read more

The absolute most unprofessional business their is. My package that was never delivered has still not been found called corporate today who doesn't seem to care and hung up in my face. Ontrac Shipping, Henderson, NV problems and complaints Google the above words and their reviews will shock you. I'm 66 years old and bought medical supplies on Walmart.com and they dug up a shipping company called OnTrac in Hendertucky, Nevada. I opened an account with OnTrac and noted my apartment is right there on the road and their lazy, sneaky driver dumped a handful of deliveries at the rental office at 11am. read more

Buyers Beware! Ontrac hires thieves! I'm still waiting on a call from a supervisor after two weeks! My package was never delivered by this company! If Ontrac is the delivering carrier I'm cancelling my order! read more

So this company is a scam. They said they delivered a package and it never was. I have cameras. I then filed a complaint and investigation with them. I got an email yesterday saying they found the package and the driver and manager delivered to my house. B. S. again. I have cameras and was home all day. I just dont understand how people have a job and still take others stuff. This package has yet to he delivered to my house and how in the hell can a manager say he delivered the package. Literally bullshit company. read more

Regarding the "Vegas OnTrac facility," Second time in a month they say my package was delivered to my front door when it hasn't been. I watch for updates and been at home both times. Don't understand how hard it is to deliver to the right address OR they're stealing my packages! read more

I never got my package. The call center rep accused me of lying. Why the heck would I lie when I got half of my order via UPS and the other half was shipped OnTrac. Guess she didn't like me calling out the bad reviews. She claims they run on holidays. I never once saw their truck stop in front of my apartment. The way my apartment is set up I would see them. read more

OnTrac in Las Vegas sucks! I hate it when Walmart uses it. Packages are almost always delivered everywhere except my apartment door.

100% horrible....blame me that they did NOT deliver to my door in a 300 unit building....read it all....they suck Sent: Mon Aug 09 2021 16:05:49 GMT-0700 (Mountain Standard Time) FROM: WebCS@ontrac.com Subject: [EXTERNAL] Re: OnTrac Package Update C120602XXXXXXFROM ONTRACHello,Thank you for your email. The investigation showed the driver scanned the package at the correct location. We apologize the package is still not located. Please contact your shipper as we are no longer in possession of your package. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to this email or call our Customer Care team at 800-334-5000. OnTrac | Web Customer Service Toll Free 800-334-5000 www.ontrac.com Your driver did not gain access to the building that houses 300 plus units and deliver a package to the place theyThis Message originated outside your organization. were supposed to deliver it. That would be my front door. I have RING doorbell that show no motion. The time they supposedly was on property means that the main doors are locked and they must ring in to gain access. The driver may have been at the address but DID NOT DELIVER IT TO THE CORRECT DOOR/ADDRESS as should be the normal. Please do make it sound like ONTRAC did their job.....they did not....NO ONE could have possibly taken it from my door....BECAUSE I HAVE A RING DOOR BELL THAT RECORDS....better check with that driver where of if they delivered it....Because the lack of diligence cause me harm and left a package either in the hands of another ( thief ), or you driver took it.... Not good to just let it lie on the fact that maybe GPS placed them near the exterior of the building, but when a customer says that the package was 100% not in the location it was addressed to is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Unfortunately our driver either lied or delivered our package to the wrong home. We called when it said it was delivered but never showed up. We have multiple cameras at home. Both at the front door and facing the driveway and walkway. We noted the driver on our street, but he never stopped at our home or entered our property. We asked our neighbors if they mistakenly received a package and as we live in an elderly neighborhood, I doubt anyone is coveting 15yo clothing from Forever21. The company has been less than helpful in resolving this matter. The driver said they remember dropping it off at our front door even though we have provide them proof. I recommend not using them and recommending avoiding companies who use them. read more
