Really should be ZERO stars. Tracking shows package was delivered on front door step. No package there. Checked my surveillance footage during the time package was marked delivered and I see a delivery truck driving around my cul de sac and drives pass my house. No stopping on my street at all. Just drive thru. Go through my footage for the full day and NOTHING was ever delivered. Called customer service the first time after a long hold got through to a live person. Gave person tracking info and explained what happened. She puts me on hold says she's gonna Investigate then all of a sudden disconnected. I call back and get a different person. Gave my info and he looked it up. But this time he says their GPS shows it was delivered to the correct address so file a claim with the retailer to get a new package. I told him I have footage that the delivery driver didn't even stop! He continues with the bullshit that their GPS shows it was delivered so there's nothing he can (or wants) to do. Gives me some bullshit email to send the video footage to and maybe it'll get resolved. This package was suppose to be a birthday gift and I paid extra to have it one day expedited. DON'T SHOP WITH ANY COMPANY THAT USES ONTRAC FOR SHIPPING. This has obviously happened to a lot of people so I don't know how they keep getting away with this crap. Need to press charges on the delivery person for theft or something cuz they're definitely keeping the packages. read more

For the second time in as many weeks, they have delivered my packages to the wrong address. I watch the tracking all day to have it say "out for delivery" only to have it update sometime after ten pm saying that it was delivered at least six hours prior, with someone having been home all day and no sign of any delivery. This is becoming ridiculous and my opinion will not change until their quality of service does. read more

I added a delivery instruction for a 15lbs package full of clothing. Sent it 2x and even chatted with a representative who was in hurry to end the chat, no empathy, you can feel that he has no intention of resolving your request. The message has a subject of PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGE BY THE FRONT DOOR. I requested for the package to be left inside our gate going to the backyard. Since this was in a big box, I was scared that it might be stolen by the porch pirates. I spoke with a certain Aaron via chat to check if my request was sent to the driver and if the driver have acknowledged the message. Aaron assured that it was relayed to the driver and that the package will be dropped off as requested. I was unsure if this was indeed received by the driver, I called my sister who lives 15 miles from the house to check my package, guess what? the package was left by the front door! What if this was stolen??? This is the worst delivery service a company would use! Your items are not secured, no phone number to contact, a chat option with representatives that don't care and are just there for their pay check, worst customer service! I will have second thoughts if I buy online and they use this delivery service. Will definitely NOT recommend!!! read more

The Two times I ordered from fashion nova in the past my packages says delivered but was delivered to neighbors!!! Like how do mess that up ! I'm 66 years old and bought medical supplies on Walmart.com and they dug up a shipping company called OnTrac in Hendertucky, Nevada. I opened an account with OnTrac and noted my apartment is right there on the road and their lazy, sneaky driver dumped a handful of deliveries at the rental office at 11am. read more

So this company is a scam. They said they delivered a package and it never was. I have cameras. I then filed a complaint and investigation with them. I got an email yesterday saying they found the package and the driver and manager delivered to my house. B. S. again. I have cameras and was home all day. I just dont understand how people have a job and still take others stuff. This package has yet to he delivered to my house and how in the hell can a manager say he delivered the package. I never got my package. The call center rep accused me of lying. Why the heck would I lie when I got half of my order via UPS and the other half was shipped OnTrac. Guess she didn't like me calling out the bad reviews. She claims they run on holidays. I never once saw their truck stop in front of my apartment. Unfortunately our driver either lied or delivered our package to the wrong home. We called when it said it was delivered but never showed up. We have multiple cameras at home. Both at the front door and facing the driveway and walkway. We noted the driver on our street, but he never stopped at our home or entered our property. We asked our neighbors if they mistakenly received a package and as we live in an elderly neighborhood, I doubt anyone is coveting 15yo clothing from Forever21. The company has been less than helpful in resolving this matter. The driver said they remember dropping it off at our front door even though we have provide them proof. I recommend not using them and recommending avoiding companies who use them. read more
