I escalated a delivery issue with OnTrac several days ago and got no resolution. My case was closed, and I was told to "contact the shipper," which doesn't fix the problem. The issue is with an OnTrac driver repeatedly delivering my packages to the wrong location. This has now happened with five separate shipments. I have no idea where these packages are, and I shouldn't have to search the neighborhood to do your driver's job. Customer support was ineffective--no attempt to recover the packages, no follow-up, and no effort to correct the ongoing issue. I also have more shipments on the way and zero confidence they'll be delivered correctly. If OnTrac is responsible for delivery, then it needs to take responsibility for its drivers. I was waiting for my delivery, I heard a truck pull up but never received a package. I did receive a text saying they didn't have a complete address but when I spoke (chat) with customer service they had the correct address. They the told me it would be a couple of days to reissue my package even though there was no reason my package wasn't delivered in the first place. What happened - Ordered system on a Monday. - Expected delivery Friday the first. - Delivered Saturday. Not bad right? Well, 1, if your expecting a delivery on a date provided 4 days prior, arrangements are made to accommodate that day. Meaning, I took off and stayed home. No contact at all. By 1400 I was already wondering where the heater was. 2, a confirmation of delivery date prior would have been great. If there was a delay, that would have been great to communicate to me about. NOTHING. 3, got an email saying will be delivered in the AM. So now need to rearrange the day to accommodate this delivery. The delivery Mind you, this is a water heater. Imagine the size of the box. Then thought it was a great idea to walk away. No introduction, what he was there for, or any identification as to who or what he is there for. And when asked, said 'I do not want to give that info' Asked his company. 'I do not have to tell you' So my question is, how do I know what the he'll your doing at my house, dropping a huge package off away from camera view and in front of the house where everyone can see. Not so smart seeing as, it's season time and people look for things to take. Because he was so sarcastic and rude, I canceled the order. What I do jot get is, no documentation?! Witnessed the delivery van hit my neighbor's car this morning at 11:15am. Driver did not stop and left the scene. Damaged the entire back hatch of my neighbor's car and broke the tail light on the delivery van. Have tried multiple attempts at calling customer service; I am directed to their online service and then the call ends. We purchased a tablet from Best Buy. It was delivered promptly. Unfortunately I left my keys in the front door briefly. During this time the package was delivered, maybe 5 minutes at most. I went out get keys and the package is. there no keys. So i look through all the bags i brought into the house, nothing checked outside. they are gone. my house key,carkey mailbox key. We run an online business selling consumer's product. We had tons of packages for OnTrac to pick up. Tried to get them to pick up for 3 days now and multiple "Miss pick-up" filed and still this terminal does not make any effort to come pick up our packages nor do they call me. (Customer rep kept emailing terminal and even provided my phone number but they don't make any effort to contact me or tell me what is going on) Now we have a lot of late packages to customer. We had to change all the labels to USPS/UPS. OnTrac shipping is cheap that why we use them but now I am second guessing myself whether or not to keep using them. Do not order from TEMU or ONTRAC delivery service. I ordered two orders totaling 60$ and did not receive the items and the proof of delivery photos show a bunch oof trash in a shopping cart. They keep claiming that the order was delivered but I had clearly been ripped off and no one in either company cared enough to even compare the pictures of my porch or the area that the driver says he delivered which was piles of trash in the shopping cart on my porch--DO NOT TRUST TEMU OR ONTRAC TO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR DELIVERY! Well, it has been awhile since I did an update about this delivery service. A few years ago I had so many problems and didn't want the company I was buying from to use Ontrac. Yes, I was so disappointed, BUT now what a difference. The instructions to deliver is on point. I don't feel that I have a 50/50 chance on getting my package anymore. Very poor service - Ontrac blew off delivering our order on 12/31/21, order was supposed to arrive at noon . The driver lied and falsified documents and stated on the tracking order that our business was closed at 916am 12/31/21. They had never showed up, I even checked the front and rear door cemeras and they never came. Now we have to deal with looking bad to our clients because they did not deleiver the products when they promissed. Zero Stars Yes the worst in the USA They are cheaper that's how they stay in business. I have not had one delivery go right ever since 2008 when I experienced OnTract for the first time. They lost thousands of dollars from Home Depot deliveries for me alone that Home Depot did replace and shipped with a different carrier. I try to avoid using OnTrac at all costs. FedEx overnight if that is my only alternative. It's worth the expense versus the hassle of shipping with OnTrac. This week I got zapped again. When ordering with the vendor they didn't show that the carrier was OnTract . Sure enough the incompetent driver can't find my address three days in a row and my package is on hold at their warehouse I offered to pick it up myself but they don't do will calls At least they haven't lost it YET?
