Well, it has been awhile since I did an update about this delivery service. A few years ago I had so many problems and didn't want the company I was buying from to use Ontrac. Yes, I was so disappointed, BUT now what a difference. The instructions to deliver is on point. I don't feel that I have a 50/50 chance on getting my package anymore. I've seen the drivers works my area in the South West side of Las Vegas and they truly are working hard and I am 1 customer that appreciate what they do. Thank You from one happy customer. read more

Very poor service - Ontrac blew off delivering our order on 12/31/21, order was supposed to arrive at noon . The driver lied and falsified documents and stated on the tracking order that our business was closed at 916am 12/31/21. They had never showed up, I even checked the front and rear door cemeras and they never came. Now we have to deal with looking bad to our clients because they did not deleiver the products when they promissed. Word of warning to potential businesses , do not ship with them if the deadline is important, the drivers may just skip your run if they dont feel like coming that day! read more

Tracy is a legend! very nice and understanding. Not having phones as a company is awful but she made it smooth and easy! (:

This Company is BEYOND Unprofessional, I Had a Package Due To Be Delivered Tuesday Then I Get a Message On Their Website Saying My Order is Delayed Due No Drivers Basically. The Next Day The Driver is Out Doing My Delivery && Mark it Held Because They Couldn't Get into a Gate Which I Do Not Even Have Where I Live, So My Delivery Was Delayed AGAIN. Even The Rep On The Phone Looked Up Where I Lived && Saw That The Driver Was Not Anywhere Near My Home. It is Now Friday && Im Being Told There is No ETA For My Package Delivery!!!!! I Have To Drive Waaaaay To Henderson To Pick Up Packages That I Paid To Have Delivered !! This Company is GARBAGE && I Will Not EVER Order From A Business That Does Business w/ ONTRAC !! read more

This delivery company is the worst with communication and on time delivery !! Wish I could choose my delivery options when I purchase something. I would NEVER choose ontrac- read more

Ontrac is the worst a month ago they lost my package by leaving it at the wrong address I live in an RV Park and when I contacted them they said they were unable to recover it. Tonight I went out for something and found a package at my door and I knew I hadn't ordered anything my space is 94 and it was for someone at space 204 and when I saw it was Ontrac I couldn't believe it. Businesses need to stop using them there just hurting them selves. read more

Zero Stars Yes the worst in the USA They are cheaper that's how they stay in business. I have not had one delivery go right ever since 2008 when I experienced OnTract for the first time. They lost thousands of dollars from Home Depot deliveries for me alone that Home Depot did replace and shipped with a different carrier. I try to avoid using OnTrac at all costs. FedEx overnight if that is my only alternative. It's worth the expense versus the hassle of shipping with OnTrac. This week I got zapped again. When ordering with the vendor they didn't show that the carrier was OnTract . Sure enough the incompetent driver can't find my address three days in a row and my package is on hold at their warehouse I offered to pick it up myself but they don't do will calls At least they haven't lost it YET? US Postal Service no problem UPS no problem FedEx no problem Common carrier no problem in finding my address. Hopefully never again read more

This is probably the most unreliable delivery service available. Was expecting a package last Friday, but got a message saying it would be delivered on Saturday. The business was going to be closed, so I immediately submitted an office hours change. My tracking number showed there was a ticket initiated. They tried to deliver on Saturday anyway. I checked again, and it still showed an existing ticket so I didn't do anything else. They tried to deliver on Monday after the hours I had provided. I chatted with customer service and they indicated it would be delivered in one to two days. I asked why the driver didn't look at the ticket and was told that "they would not presume" to know what the drivers were doing. Called the 800 number this morning and all it does is refer you to the website to track your package. read more

my name is Amanda. I worked at OnTrac for three months and when I tell you, this is a crap job that's what I mean. There's no words to explain how shit the job was I did not get paid for the overtime. I worked on the holiday working Thanksgiving and Christmas. I quit within the three months because the service is bad. The Place in general is horrible . I wish that they could find the way to shut the place down. I was a package handler. My job was to take the packages from the conveyor belts and give them to the drivers for them to deliver. Was told to report any packages that were damaged or broken so that's what I did and not even moment after I reported a broken package I was blamed for the package being broken saying that I wasn't being careful enough and I'm telling you I'm very careful at my job when it comes to getting paid for what I do and working hard so I do not recommend working here. It's a shit job only pays 14 an hour. Doesn't give you pay time off, but most of all they don't pay you for your holidays so do not work overtime on holidays. They will not pay you. read more

A package was never delivered and the time limit for package investigation is only 5 days which is ridiculous since some people may not notice right away and also most people will contact the seller first. The seller got back to me after the 5 days so OnTrac would not assist me and the agent I spoke with over text was extremely unhelpful and very short. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Very bad and F*** this company. Place an order from bestbuy, Ontrac was delivering this package to me. They claimed that they delivered the package to my location at 3:19 PM on July 29, 2021, but i was in the location and did not receive any package. When i contact the customer service, after their investigation, they told me that the package was delivered to the right place. What the ****. I was in the location and did not receive anything but they keep saying that they delivered to the right location. So where is the package. Then they asked me to contact bestbuy. I will never use them for Delivery. I ordered a small refrigerator from Walmart on Monday that was suppose to be delivered the next day & it never showed up. When I tracked it on Tuesday, it was still in transit from CA. Next day delivery never happened. Tuesday evening I tracked it again & it said it was in town. So I was like ok it'll be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday morning I tracked it & it was on its way to Denver. I was like WTH, I should've just drove to CA & picked it up myself. This is ridiculous. Still no Delivery & now it is delayed in Denver. Not a reliable business! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to in order for this to be posted. I will not purchase anything from a business that uses them as the delivery service! read more

Truly the most difficult company to get a package from. I have been trying to receive my package from them for 3 days now, everyone knows the 3rd day is when your item gets sent back, Customer service gave me directions to leave a note for the driver with the tracking number my address phone number etc. I did all that and the driver still refused to leave my package at the door with me live on my door camera speaking to him. I've emailed Ontrac customer service and tried calling the building multiple times, which is just a voice response saying to online then hangs up. I highly recommend them making a better system for people to receive their package like maybe a time frame when the package will arrive not just when my package is leaving the delivery building. read more

This is a tough review. Its hard describe the nightmare I have had with this delivery company. THE PROS: Their customer service is terrific. They answer right away and try to be helpful. The driver, himself, was wonderful and kind when I finally met him. So what is the problem? CONS: The problem is that OnTrac does not have real-time communication with their drivers. Unlike Amazon they have no idea where their drivers are or when the package will be delivered. All they can do is "page" the driver??? So be prepared for an 8am to 6pm delivery window, with them having no idea where the driver is or when the package may be delivered. I mean ZERO idea. Its as if the driver is on a camel in the Sahara and they have no way of contacting him! Come on, OnTrac. This isn't acceptable in today's connected world. Dealing with OnTrac is like going back 30 years into time. I would have given 1 star were it not for the fact that they were nice people and the driver was a nice guy. Had he actually HAD a camel, I'd have given him 3 stars. read more

I got notification from Amazon that my package was delivered via OnTrac tonight but I was concerned because my security cameras didn't pick up any movement at that time. When I got home and saw that there was no package, I called and their rep told me it was scanned at my address and there's nothing they can do unless I want to file a police report. So.. since all of this leads me to believe that the driver One driver stole my package, and If the seller of the fairly expensive product isn't willing to send me a new one, I will be filing a police report. Completely unacceptable. read more

Worst service ever. Said it was delivered in my gated community that doesn't even allowed packages delivered to the front door, only put in lockers. It was never delivered. this company is the worst. I dont know where to even go to private msg. Please private msg me first ???? read more

HORRIBLE COMAPNY! Did not follow delivery instructions by the sender. Attempted delivery on first day after the hours listed by the shipper. Also, our business hours are CLEARLY marked on our doors! Then the next day a delivery attempt was made 4 hours later than the first! There is NO customer service number to call. Online there a virtual assistant. To get a human to get on chat took me over a half hour. I only picked one star because I HAD to pick that. I would give them a -10 if I could! read more

OnTrac used to be a fairly reliable delivery service. Not any longer. Their merger with an East Coast delivery company has rendered them useless. I recently ordered several household appliances. Last mile delivery was provided by OnTrac. I couldn't get a firm delivery date until the day before delivery and then their automated system would only provide a window of 8:00am-9:00pm. The delivery was to a job site. Obviously that window was unacceptable. No phone number was provided on their web site. The state government information for my local depot included a phone number, which was disconnected. The shipper attempted contact a dozen times with no resolution. Delivery was at 4:30 in the afternoon with no warning. The driver was a jerk. He just dumped the fragile items at the threshold and took off without a word. Good luck with these guys. read more

The driver never delivered my $493.81 order. They said it was left at my door but I was home and waited, I have cameras and no delivery attempt was made they lied. Whenever I see someone has shipped my package by Ontrac, I know there is about an 80% I will not get it. In fact, I was home all day today, saw at 3:15 p.m. by email that my package was delivered at 3:03 p.m. NOT HERE! I called customer service hoping to get the driver back ASAP to correct the error. Customer Service put me on hold and came back on and said she sent a message to the driver. She told me that the drivers generally don't answer their messages for a couple of days or even a week! I asked her why they didn't have a policy about this? In any event, AGAIN Ontrac has been a huge let down! read more

They lost our package on Friday . We reorder with Home Depot again using same delivery service. Guess what they said package was delivered at 2:01 know where to be found. TERRIBLE. Only one star because I couldn't give less. They don't respond in a timely manner. My package was saying it was at their facility (for two weeks) and they apparently couldn't confirm "control" of my package. I don't give reviews because I don't believe that some companies care about them. However, I'm pretty pissed off. I placed an order with Bath and Body works, you know the yearly bomb sale that they do. Well, I received an alert that my package would be delivered yesterday which was Labor Day but it was actually delivered on Sunday to someone else's house. I received the picture via email and I was like, that's not my front door. :-( Oh hell, someone else got all of my $60 worth of smell goods for free. I reached out to Ontrac on Sunday via text and received a message, basically oh well...we'll investigate but contact Bath and Body works. You mean, you can't check with the driver and hold him or her accountable because they didn't look at the apartment number before they dropped the package and started taking pictures? No accountability! I keep receiving the same text today on Tuesday that says that a representative will help me. If I could find out who is the delivery company before placing online orders, I would and if it said Ontrac, I wouldn't order. This is crazy and I'm pissed that no money and no products. Hold your drivers accountable for NOT paying attention and hit them in their pockets. read more

On Trac is the worst logistics Delivery Service in the United States. I ordered 7 shipments from Home Depot they use OnTrac, every driver they use pushes the boxes up against my front security door, I cannot even open the front door to get out because the boxes are leaning against it. I have filed a complaint with Home Depot today. I have a white chair right there with a large sign on it to leave packages on the chair in camera view & ring bell. For 2 years not one OnTrac delivery person has followed these simple instructions but FedEx USPS, Amazon does daily. I have to trip over the boxes after brain dead On Trac drivers deliver it to get out of the front door to get them. Clearly Brains is not one of their hiring driver criteria strong points. I was in the Airfreight Business for 15 years. I try to contact OnTrac dispatch 6 times, they do not want to speak with the public, their bogus shady customer service 800 number goes to a prerecorded " Track Your Packages On Line" message. The first OnTrac Home Depot delivery last year was delivered at 11:PM the box- left out in the rain not by or on the provided front door chair. If your company uses OnTrac I will never do business with the company. I am done with Home Depot who continues to do absolutely nothing. Home Depot OnTrac Delivery service? Never again. Hello Lowes, Amazon, Wal-Mart they use FedEx or Employees to deliver who care about customers.. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! An on trac driver delivered the wrong package to my home. I called 3x and was told by different customer service reps that someone would come back to fix the problem and no one ever came! I also emailed and have yet received a response from anyone. Very terrible customer service and problem solving within. read more

On trac generally has poorly trained delivery drivers. Twice packages were left far away from my front door and left outside the gate. I immediately call Customer Service and was given a lot of scripted rhetoric. I somehow felt this would be noted to the driver. Well it wasn't. The second time a package was brought it was again left at my gate. So that tells me these drivers are not trained correctly. The bottom line is don't order merchandise that uses this company. My first order came from Crate and Barrel and the second package came from Anthropologie. My solution is to either go into these stores in person or just use companies that use Fedx or UPS read more

It really is sad to leave this review as the customer service for this company really is great. When I've called to report an issue, they are truly apologetic and listen. They do not just brush you off. The bad, for the second time now within 2 weeks, I have not received a package from OnTrac. Their system states it is at my door yet I've been home all day and no one came to my door and no Ring notifications for either my door or our front yard showing a delivery. Both companies in question had the correct address, there is no other street name like ours in this city. We live in Las Vegas in a neighborhood so we also are not in the middle of no where. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx all have zero issues in finding our house. It just seems to be the OnTrac driver(s) in question. It is sad when I want to stop doing business with the company who shipped the item out of fear they are constantly using OnTrac to ship because I know I will apparently, not receive my item. read more

What can I say that you don't already know - they steal packages and expect the consumer to get reimbursed from the vendor. If I don't get my package by Monday, 11-15-2021, I intend to file a police report for theft and let them explain how and why packages go "missing" in Henderson, NV OnTrac. The driver tossed my new laptop over my back fence. I tracked the package and it said left at the front door. I contacted OnTrac to let them know my package was not delivered. The next day they tell me the driver went back and the package was not where he delivered it and I would need to contact Best Buy for a solution. Two days later I find my laptop in my back yard. It had been baking in the 100 degree Las Vegas heat and my dogs had pee'd all over the box. Worse delivery experience ever! read more

Ontrac has been holding my package hostage for 3 days and refusing to deliver it or allow me to pick it up in person. This is theft and I find this experience a disgusting horrendous way of doing business. Ontrac has made up 3 different nonsense reasons why they can't deliver my package and I'm fed up. This company should be sued for the stress and unnecessary inconvenience I've had to deal with just to receive my package. I hope they are shut down for how they conduct business and I will be contacting the BBB to further investigate them in how they run their so called delivery theft services. read more

Awful company! I ordered $300 worth of closing from Zara, it was suppose to be delivered today. At 3 pm I'm going to their track shipment system, it's showing delivered and left at the front door. I was home all day, no one neither knocked or rang the bell. I checked my front door - nothing was there. I called my building management - nothing was left at their office. I asked my husband, he was in the patio mallday - he said he saw their truck stoping by our condo around that exact time when my shipment was marked as delivered, the driver went in to the back of the truck, got inside, then just went back to truck and drove away. I assume he just scanned my packages as delivered. I called them, I called Zara. Was reading reviews online, I'm surprised they are still in business. It seems like Zara relies fully on what Ontrac has to say about delivery, when it comes to replacing your item or refunding you money. 3 days after they redelivered my package. read more

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with, their drivers are too lazy to deliver packages to the units so they just drop them off at the front of the property, and when I attempt for an ENTIRE WEEK to call every single customer service number they have I have not received one answer nor a call back, I have left multiple messages and the numbers that do allow messages and of course some numbers don't even let you leave a message "we are currently unavailable, please try again later."
