Since I live in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, I really didn't want to fly to Las Vegas just to collect my watch, although I was prepared to make the trip if this service wasn't an option. Thankfully, I found Majestic Courier Company, and they delivered exactly what I needed! They picked up my watch from Nellis Auction and shipped it to me via FedEx the label I emailed them. I received my watch in approximately two days! The service was incredibly quick, very affordable, and the communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me complete peace of mind. My family has been longtime customers of Nellis Auction at several of their locations, so having a reliable local courier service like Majestic Courier Company available is a huge plus. When I was sick I needed Alka-Seltzer, I needed toilet paper (lol pre-pandemic keep that in mind lol) I needed a light bulb, I needed a TV dinner, I needed a bottle of wine, I needed a pair of socks, I could text them and get a response within 10 minutes and have something delivered within an hour. This service existed before all of the other delivery services - you know, the big corporations. When they were on their way, they would text and gently knock on the door. (Again, pre-pandemic.) Such friendly delivery persons - I had a regular who I always liked to chat with for a few minutes. He insisted that a tip was not expected. It was 2am, I wanted to tip! Very honest, good morals, ethics etc... During pandemic: same level of service but with text and no physical contact. Very safe and resourceful. Their hours have changed but their level of service has not changed. They are pioneers in delivery services.

I messaged him months ago for an estimate but then kept forgetting to get back to him since we were still looking for a house and I was just beyond stressed and exhausted. He was patient and understanding. Finally when I was ready for the move he came to look at what we had in the apartment, he gave us a quote of time and hours and we scheduled the move. He came with one other person and they arrived a bit early and worked for 6 years straight moving all our stuff up and down the stairs. They were really careful with our items, wrapping them carefully and nothing was damaged during the move. I actually had him come out another time for a smaller move bcs I didn't have everything ready the first time. It took him and a helper like 20 mins to move 20 boxes - would have taken my boyfriend at least 2 days to do it. Niki and his guys are super efficient, friendly and accommodating. And pricing was really reasonable. I got a bunch of quotes from other places and it was just crazy with the hours, truck charge and all the extra fees. Niki's prices are a set price, no truck fee or hidden charges. That's what good business is about.

I escalated a delivery issue with OnTrac several days ago and got no resolution. My case was…read moreclosed, and I was told to "contact the shipper," which doesn't fix the problem. The issue is with an OnTrac driver repeatedly delivering my packages to the wrong location. This has now happened with five separate shipments. I have no idea where these packages are, and I shouldn't have to search the neighborhood to do your driver's job. Customer support was ineffective--no attempt to recover the packages, no follow-up, and no effort to correct the ongoing issue. I also have more shipments on the way and zero confidence they'll be delivered correctly. If OnTrac is responsible for delivery, then it needs to take responsibility for its drivers. Telling customers to contact the seller is not a solution.
