I had a great experience with Falcon delivery. I needed some tile flooring moved from one location to another and there were a few factors that made this not an easy job. Mike was in charge of our delivery that day and he and his assistant worked incredibly hard to make sure the job was done right. He made absolutely sure that the delivery of the tile didn't damage our new garage floors. He was professional, friendly, and reliable. The price was fair and absolutely worth it. I got these guy's information from Floor & Decor last week. We planned on having our order delivered to us since we can't fit everything in the car and didn't want to make multiple of trips. We ordered about 350 sqft of tiles and some other related items. I called them yesterday before heading over to make the purchase at Floor & Decor, because I didn't know how the process works. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional. He told me to make the purchase, tell the associate at the store that Falcon Logistics is going to pick up the order, and then call him back with the receipt that has the buyer's sale order number. I did as he asked, I called him back within an hour. I believe he was on the other line, I called twice and no one answered. I received a call back within 10-15 minutes. I was just beginning to tell him, I called about an hour ago. It's nice, that he remembered I was the one who just called. He asked for all my information now, the sales order number and what address it's going to be delivered. Then told me the cost for any order under 500sqft within 25 miles distance is a flat $60. It's a little high, I think for one trip. But this was the quickest solution at the moment. We scheduled for today delivery, Monday between 1-3 PM, so within 24 hour delivery. I was informed they accept cash, credit cards, or check. The delivery guy has excellent communication skills. He called me when he got to Floor & Decor and informed me there were 5 other people ahead front of him before he can get the order. He called me again and informed me he was able to pick everything up and going to head over. He arrived to our home shortly. He was very polite, friendly, and professional as well. Overall, I say our experience was a very pleasant, smooth delivery. Excellent customer service skills, I really appreciate that. We would definitely use them again, when we another project going on. I needed 800 sq. ft. of laminate flooring to be picked up from a flooring store and delivered to my home. The salesperson at the store recommended Falcon Delivery. So, I decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. They were awesome from beginning to end. Rachel took my call and coordinated the pickup and delivery of the flooring. On the day of delivery, Tyler (delivery guy) called to let me know he was en-route to my house. He arrived on time as promised, and moved 44 boxes of laminate into my house in a very short period of time. Although, there's a fee for moving the boxes into the house, it's reasonable and was well worth it. I would Give a Thousand Stars if I could! I made arrangements with Falcon Delivery to drop off some tile at my home. When they claimed they would be here between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., I guess I should have taken them for their word. I received a call from their Driver, Tyler. He was an hour and a half early. He was very professional, clean and very polite. If I still had my transportation business, I would try to steal him away from Falcon. They were priced great, they were fast and I would not hesitate for a moment to utilize their services in the future, and tell all of my friends and associates about Falcon Delivery. If I could rate negative stars, I would. I had over $10,000 of tile that was supposed to be delivered to my home from California. I received a text two days ago that my delivery was scheduled for " TODAY 2/23/2022, between 8:00am-12:00pm". I made preparations and adjusted my day as needed to accommodate this delivery. I received a call from Tommy, AFTER delivery time, and he stated my order would not be delivered today, unless he could get a tow truck to fix the truck with my delivery on it. He stated that if he could not get the tow truck to fix his truck, then my order would be pushed back a full week. When I asked questions about why it would be delivered a whole week after the promised time, he began talking over me. I asked him to please listen to my question before he started speaking, and he hung up the phone and blocked my calls. When I called from another number, he informed me that he was cancelling my order and not going to make delivery. I have never worked with a company this RUDE IN MY LIFE. If you have other choices, take your money elsewhere. This company does not deserve to be in business with the way that they talk with customers. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE individuals I have ever talked with. read more

Very polite and respectfu.l This team made my life so much better delivering in excess of 20,000lbs , 7 pallets of porcelain, in a literally a few hours.they made my clients happy and they are super affordable.. I'm just going to use these guys for now on all my jobs that require a pallet or more. We purchased 1800 sq. Ft. of tiles from Floor & Decor and we're provided the contact to Falcon Logistics by our sales rep. Spoke with Tommy two days prior to the arrival of our tiles. The process to setup the deliver was very quick and easy, just new to pr vide the pick up and delivery times and the invoice numbers. Everything was setup immediately and as indicated I received two calls from the delivery gentleman, Michael who kept me informed of the driver time. Everything was on point. Two thumbs up for this company, including the great attitude. The delivery guys were great and very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for my next project. I commend the excellent service I received from management staff who obviously knows how to effectively orchestrate a delivery team to the delivery team themselves as they trek the valley making deliveries on time. On the day of our delivery, they ran into some unexpected mechanical issues along with inclement weather conditions, which created a delay in the agreed delivery time frame of our flooring materials. I was most impressed by the communication and hourly updates of their progress as they addressed the mechanical issue. I was updated and reassured they would still meet their commitment of delivering our flooring materials.
