Their AI bot "customer support" chat is absolute trash. Texting their phone number didnt work either. They dont hire human customer support apparently. They held my package for a week because they needed to verify my address and get delivery instructions. I confirmed that info 3 times throughout the week using the text line and the bot chat. They then returned my item, that I preordered months in advance, to Target. The item is sold out. And now Target won't even give me my order back. Worst delivery service EVER! I had been using a meal delivery service I loved for over 2 years. They switched to OnTrac and I had nothing but issues. Boxes that were completely defrosted and warm, boxes left on their side or upside down crushing indredients. Even though the meal delivery company was so nice about it and comped me meals and ingredients, t was so bad I left the that meal delivery company and signed up for a different one that I wasn't as excited about. Once again, OnTrac has failed to deliver a package. They mark the status as "delivered" (at front door), and there is no package. This company seems to offer a shipping service, and if you check your tracking information you will see "attempts" to deliver your package, requests for "more information" or "corrected information" about your street address such as a "gate code" or "access". Throughout the process, you will likely find that no one from OnTrac has come to your address or made any kind of attempt at delivery. Customer service will explain how seriously they take these issues, and how much they appreciate your feedback. Everything except actually delivering your package. read more

Their drivers lie and steal packages. They report items as delivered and have never even approached my door, or pulled on my street that day at all (proven by 360 security cameras). They report packages as delayed and the items never arrive. Customer service is low to none. I order supplements from a company that uses OnTrac. This delivery service refuses to bring my packages to the front door where they will be sheltered from the 110 degree heat in the summer and the rain in the winter and spring. I have no dog and it is only 6 more steps to the front door from where they are tossing the packages over a 3-foot high picket fence into rock and sand. I complained to the supplement company and they said they had put a note on my account for OnTrac to take my packages to the front door. I trusted that and ordered something and today OnTrac tossed it over the picket fence again. Online it says it is their policy to deliver to the front door, but that is a lie, at least in my area. read more

I was notified of 5he delivery via email but prior to the package pickup according to the info online. I asked for the package to be returned to sender as I had cancelled the order. Ontrac received the info and provided a case number. The package was delivered anyway and it HAS A RETURN TO SENDER STICKER on it. Perhaps the driver is illiterate. read more

Chat bot option is the only method to contact them via text message chat. Chat agents don't give you timeframe of delivery. Only day! So basically they expect you to sit at home all day and wait for someone to knock on the door. 3. Yes they don't call you! Don't notify you about an upcoming delivery, e.g. an automated call or text that your delivery is arriving in 30 min 4. When you request timeframe of delivery the chat bot agent hangs up the chat. This is the WORST DELIVERY service EVER !! I have never had a positive experience with Ontrac. Here's some of my experiences. Had a Honey Baked Ham dropped in the middle of a gravel road nowhere near my house. Have had many packages literally thrown in the bushes also nowhere near my house. This tops them all: my husband actually witnessed a driver throw a large box of dishes out the window of his vehicle. It was clear from the outside of the box what the contents were. Like I said "THE WORST". I will check with the merchant and if the delivery service they use is Ontrac the purchase won't happen. : / read more

Updating my review. I may have been successful in picking up my package but it doesn't change the fact that their process is so flawed and needs monumental improvement. The day after I posted this review , a supervisor called me to give me an assurance that there will be a staff on site to facilitate my pick up that evening. I'm not sure if they figured out who the reviewer was in relation to their packages needed to be picked up or they just stepped up their operations and just hope to resolve my issue. Ontrac delivered an empty box to my porch. The bottom of the box had been sliced open, the contents were removed, the box was taped back shut, and the empty box was delivered to my porch. I called ontrac and opened a case. I told told them if the driver driver took my stuff, to just give me my stuff back. As of today, no reply from ontrac. All signs point to the driver, because the fact that the box was EMPTY would have tipped off an honest delivery driver that something was wrong, they would not delivered an EMPTY box. So dishonest. Ugh. I opened a case with ontrac on 8/19. As of today, I have received no reply. I do NOT want any more deliveries by ontrac. read more
