Mixed feeling, I…read more missed a payment due to my credit card number being changed by the bank. the payments kept going through, it didn't occur to me that the autopay would stop suddenly, They did reach out to me by text, But i missed it, Then got his with a whopping 50 Dollar penalty, I simply find that excessive. They did forgive the penalty, but it left me upset.

I had to enter the office fkr them to tell me. It was on the left side of the driveway thats iis an entrance and exit. The door to enter the storage building is hard to open and kept getting stuck. Which is scary for a female. The place is supposed to be climate controlled. It felt very warm in there. Cant afford to move storages right now. Wish i could. Forgot, the grass was overgrown so that also made it hard to see where the storage is.

Today, Justin, who was lazy, and rude, told me he was giving me two dish boxes (my total this purchase was $80). When I got home I found there was only one. I thought ok only $6.50, I'll pick up a new one in the morning or get a refund. i called over and Justin proceeded to tell me "he knows how to count", "you are mistaken", "i gave you the box" I said I just spent $ 250 over the last two weeks plus $80 today, can't I just get a new box. His response was "I have to check the video tape". For $6.50!!! I couldn't believe it! The other day the other gentlemen that worked there and the older woman both helped us to our car. He didn't even offer. I await to speak to his manager Dawn to let her know the poor customer service over $6.50. Justin - you behaved like a jerk. And you want to know why you had no Boxes??? Because my Mother has been the one buying them. How dare you speak to me and my 65 year old mother the way you did! That is why I called you a prick, which you are. Shame on Monroe storage! We will never be back again other than to speak to management!

After paying 65.00 when she said initially I only owed 48.00. After 1 hour of dealing with this dingbat I decided to go to another facility rent a Uhaul come back and empty out both units. I will never do business or recommend. The definitely don't know what customer service is about. Georgette needs to go to a school and learn what customer service is about. She's CLUELESS. Don't go there!

They called me when they were 45 minutes away and arrived promptly. When they arrived, they were organized, professional, and fast. With 3 guys, it took under 2 hours to unload a 15 foot U-Haul. My final total plus processing fee was actually lower than quote range they gave me. The best bit: my front door was sliiiiiiightly too small to fit my couch through. I was mentally over everything to do with moving at that point and was going to say we could put it back on the truck and donate it. But what did the Old City guys do? They tried to take it through the window, which was also slightly too small! They had to disassemble the window, bring my couch in, then put the window back together! I'm honestly still impressed at the dedication. Other stuff: They responded to my quote request through their website in less than 1.5 hours. Their email communications were very thorough about guidelines and policies, which I appreciated a lot during a hectic move.
