They would keep the best dishes, they would simply disappear from the delivery, yet still visible on the order. Most recently, they charged me for something I didn't order and said they were unable to do a partial refund. I told them that I didn't order the item and didn't want it, and they told me that a refund wasn't possible, so they gave me the item and a bonus soda. I appreciate the attempt to make up for it, but it just isn't enough. Why am I forced to buy something I didn't want? It also didn't even taste good. I think if you are non Korean, the seasoning was good and the food flavorful, just not the flavors we were expecting. Also, although the menu makes it seem like you have to pay for the banchan (appetizers), we did not, it came with the staple kimchee, and a couple other dishes. Not sure why they had prices on the menu unless they charge for refills? They also gave us this yummy ice cream bite for dessert which is usually unheard of in Korean restaurants. Having said all this, I do want to recommend this place, it was a nice local restaurant to get some Asian dishes with a great waitstaff.
