Bottom line, you can have Marc do it or do it yourself, (so long as you do it his way). Don talked my husband through some steps we could take to try and plug any holes and fix the issue on our own if we wanted to but after finding a few more bugs we decided to make an appointment to have professionals help. Lauren stopped by, did a thorough check of our whole apartment, and ended up calling in someone else to bring additional materials to help ensure our problems were solved. Both she and her husband (it's a family business!) did a great job explaining what they were doing, what they were using, and answer any questions we had. The traps they leave behind and poison they use are childproof and pet safe, and also placed in ways to limit chances of small kids or pets to even get to them. Their fee was incredibly reasonable, they're communicative, and I finally feel like I can sleep a little easier. They'll be coming back to check-in in a few weeks to make sure there are no new signs of anything and discuss any next steps as needed but we are feeling optimistic and taken care of by friendly, reasonable professionals.
