I found this business on Groupon and was super impressed. I wouldnt have bought the deal if they werent highly rated on here. I ended up getting covid and had to reschedule my original appointment. Normally there is a fee for rescheduling but they were gracious and did not charge me. I really appreciated this small, women run business and am so happy to continue supporting them. Im very happy with the results and am excites to see what the final results ate after full healing. They were very thorough with all the after care instructions.

I haven't gotten my lashes or eyebrows done in a year and I was nervous to go again, I've been to On Fleek for a lash lift and tint before and decided to get extensions this time and they turned out amazing! I was definitely in need for some self care and Baljit was so patient with me. I have sensitive eyes and twitch quite a bit and she didn't make me feel bad at all, service was quick and I feel beautiful! I also got my eyebrows waxed and threaded and she listened to exactly what I wanted and it didn't hurt as bad as I thought either! I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Amazing service and fabulous kindness on the part of the two women in the shop. I booked this Groupon because it was a fabulous deal and I called today and they got me in same day which is for a job so well done. The place was calm and relaxing and the women worked together on my lashes, checking to make sure I was comfortable. I also love that their door locks until buzzed in, because when you have anxiety and have to keep your eyes closed for a long time it just helps you feel safer. They were so kind and thoughtful and I couldn't be happier with the results of the service. I'll definitely be back for more lash lifts and maybe to try out their brow services!

These ladies are awesome! All right, first time here. I told them that I previously had lash extensions a few years ago and I just missed having them. I showed up right when they opened so I was the first person there. Yay for no wait! They got to work and the whole process took roughly an hour. On to the lashes. They. Are. Beautiful. Definitely one of the most gorgeous lashes I've ever had. I used to get my lashes done at a nail salon in Renton, and it was fun as I continued doing it for 2 years. This experience was better--these two ladies were kind and obviously experienced. One lady was bragging to me about how she was good at doing lashes, and oh, she is RIGHT! Talented ladies! They were quick and efficient, all the while making sure the whole time I was happy and satisfied. Anyways, I'll be back soon for a fill. Might try getting my brows threaded too (which I've never done). Give this place and these lovely ladies a try!

The lady did an eye lash lift. She didn't even ask me if I wanted the tint. Which I did not yet at the end she charged me for a lift and a tint. Also whatever they used infected my eye and when she took the rod off she pulled out a chunk of my lashes on the other eye. Horrible horrible!!! but that's what I get for going to a place advertised on Groupon. I would not recommend. The pictures are proof

I love this salon for eyelashes, and the owner is a very kind lady. I usually come for eyelash extensions, and I have also gotten a lash lift+tint. I used to get the volume lashes, and they were great. Usually my eyes water from the glue, but this is the only place I don't end up crying like a baby from the glue. I also liked the lash lift+tint. Good prices. read more

Both Jassi and Ranjeet are extremely nice and definitely know their job well. I got my eyebrows and forehead threaded and Ranjeet did my eyebrows exactly how i wanted them to be. I'd definitely return to them in future for threading services! They also provide other services like lash extensions, facials, etc! I'd rate them 10/10. Highly recommended read more

Jassi is the best!! I have been coming here for 1.5 months now for eyelash extension fills and she does such an amazing job. My first eyelash extension session was done in Korea and they have multiple lashes in one lash and when I came here, she noticed that and the 2nd time I came in for a fill, she went out of her way to find the same type (not exact) of lashes that they used in Korea!! If you are looking for a cheap place to go get your lashes done AND get the same look as what you would get for $100+, definitely go here! read more

I just moved here from LA and I'm looking for a new threading place and let me tell you ! I didn't catch her name but the lady here did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I'm growing them out because the last place I tried they made them super thing. I'm all about thick soft arch not a crazy sharp IG eyebrow and she knew exactly what to do. I was traveling for work and needed to find somewhere for a Brazilian wax. The reviews were great so I'd thought I'd give it a try. Wow was I surprised. This is the fastest full Brazilian I have gotten in my life! Considering how long I waited to get waxed, they were so efficient. The woman who runs the shop is a sweetheart. Jassi is amazing! I treated myself to a diamond dermabrasion facial and a set of hybrid lashes. I am beyond impressed. My skin feels AMAZING and this facial is going to become a regular basis thing for me. As well as the lashes! OMG life changer. I've gotten so many compliments and I love saving time in the morning. Having lashes is a lifestyle though. You have to wash them correctly every evening and get fills regularly, so be sure it's for you before committing. read more

I can't say enough good things about OnFleek !! The ladies are amazing, very kind and attentive to what you are looking for ! I get my eyebrows threaded & tinted as well as my eyelashes done ! They always turn out so beautifully and I always get so many complements on them !! I've struggled for YEARS dealing with my eyebrows, spending so much time on them in the morning and now that I get them done at OnFleek .. I am so impressed. I've been getting my lashes done off and on for the past 8 years. These women are one of the best I ever had. First of all, they are so kind, so professional, and calming to be around, they're beautiful and smell amazing too! I had a rough morning so when I came in to get my lashes filled, it felt like an oasis. The ladies were so sweet, talking to me, and to the other clients, (who also tapped me into the conversation), and we're all just so welcoming. My lashes are beautiful! And so full. And it was a deal! In the past, I've paid twice or three times as much and gotten barley any put on or they glued it to me actual lid. Not these gals, they got me practically a fully set in about 50 minutes. The skill that takes..... is immaculate. I can't say enough kind things about these ladies. I'll be back for a fill real soon. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone for waxing and lashes. read more

I don't know where to start. I've been getting my lashes done for years and I've never been told to take a break to focus on the health and growth of my lashes. Jassi cares about your beauty health. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire process was relaxing and shes fast and her work is flawless. My lashes look amazing and I'm thankful my son found her. Now about my threading experience. Holy my goodness WOW. I'm so thankful for Baljit for convincing me to try it. This lovely place is called, "on fleek" for a reason because you will leave here feeling like an absolute dall. These women know what they are doing. Just go there and you will see just how knowledgeable and caring they are. As an added bonus Jassi scheduled me the very next day. THATS INSANE! Yeah, I'm being one of those people who has a bad experience in the phone and goes to Yelp. I usually keep my negative comments to myself but the person who I talked to was so snarky and unhelpful that I wouldn't wish anyone else to go through it. I bought a Groupon that was expiring the next week and called to make an appointment. Couldn't get in before the expiration date but was told Groupon would give me an extra. They couldn't. I called again and left a message with my number. No return call. When I called back later, she was so incredibly rude, saying I should have known to use it earlier, I should have called earlier today (which I had), etc. I asked if they could redeem it now and do the service now I was told it was illegal. Her tone throughout the call was condescending.I've been there several times before for threading but I will not be going back. read more

Just stopped by here and HAD to write a review. She was so quick! I was in and out in maybe 7 or 8 minutes for my brows and she was even already seeing a client when I walked in. I told her what I wanted and she did a great job! I wasn't expecting such a nice result from such quick work. But she gave me exactly what I asked. Very nice people here too. Super friendly. My first experience here was great. Went in for an eyebrow threading. I've never had them thread so quickly! While speed typically isn't good, they know what they are doing. She kept my brows their natural shape and cleaned them up. After I could see what my brows looked like all cleaned, she offered to shape them further. Not jumping right into shaping showed care and finesse on their end. $10 for threading! read more

Lashes doesn't last 2-3 weeks. I got my classic set on 3/25 at noon. On 3/26, lashes started falling out. On 4/1, I called to inform the business about my experience. The tech completed a fill on 4/1. Its 4/8 and all of my lashes have fallen out. During this period, I didn't not wear any makeup or anything. I wash my face gently and used the brush given to me. Nothing helped. Within two weeks, i spent $155 trying to add a little volume to my lashes read more

Anyone who doesn't love & adore this intimate family run business must be a competitor or family member of one, because these lovely ladies are "the bomb"!! Attitude: Just awesome in every respect! Make me feel like home and even a car rug & little chairs for the kids but quiet. Atmosphere: Even Soft rock and light pop music to relax n just chill too after a long day. Climate: Never too warm or cold and the waits r short if any. Hygiene: Always clean. I'm a plus size woman ant the chairs r wide and extremely comfortable. A+++ read more

I've been here intermittently over the last 4 years and I love this place. It's worth the drive from Seattle in my opinion. Brazilian waxes are quick, they do however use the paper wax method to remove the hair. I started doing hot wax hair removal so I stopped coming here for Brazilians, otherwise, no issues with this service. Eyebrow threading is quick as well and comes out amazing. I've gotten a brow tint and that was OK, personally a little too thick and dark for my taste but after a day my brows look full and great. Tints last about a week or few days more than that. I've also gotten my lash extensions here several times. Jassi is VERY fast and I've always gotten compliments when getting my lashes here. If you do proper at home care these lashes can last you well over 2 weeks (ONLY when taken care of properly). Overall the place itself isn't super fancy but the staff is nice and they work VERY quick. It's a quick in and out for all services. If you're looking for a luxurious experience you can go somewhere else and pay double what they charge here. I personally love this place. Fast and affordable. read more

I've been coming here since June of 2021. Recently I came in for a three week classic fill - the owner Jassi has done my eyelashes every time I've gone in. I got in for my appointment at 1:30 pm - I waited for 15 minutes, her response to this was "Sorry there was another client who was stuck in traffic that needed her lashes done." Finally I was called back to get my lashes done - she then asked me , "is this the first time I've done your lashes?" Uh no - you've been doing them over 6 months? During the 40 minute time period it took her to fill my lashes she helped 3 other customers while I waited there with my eyes shut. When she was done she had to rush me out of the chair because her next client was there. I felt very rushed and like I wasn't important enough for her to pay attention to. She then charged me $65 for a classic lash fill and while charging me she says, "yeah I'm charging you $65 because your lashes were bad" WHO SAYS THIS. I won't be going back here and I hope everyone who is looking for a lash place won't go here either. Very unprofessional. read more

No stars!! I was super excited to get my eyelash lift today. Now I'm crying hoping my eyelash survive the chemical burn. My eyelash did NOT end up as u would expect and looks like match/lighter (fire) was taken to them. Just ugly!! The girl who did them did not want to take responsibility and try to blame my lash and the length and said this has never happened before. She then told me she can only refund 40% since the time and product was invested. After arguing back and forth she finally agreed to give me my money. I had a really good experience. It's different than my normal spa salon but they easily met my expectations for the price. $35 Brazilian !! Pricing is amazing and well worth it. They took me as a walk-in !!! Service was fast, precise, clean and attentive. Relaxing environment, the ladies we all so accommodating sweet and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back . I normally sugar but it is more expensive so I decided to hard wax and my experience was less painful but it does seem to leave hair compared to sugaring. read more

New to the area, found Onfleek and absolutely loved the place. Jassi gave me a set of FABULOUS lashes that were full but not over the top-just right :) she threaded my brows and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for! I was so pleased with my lashes & brows that I decided to get a Brazilian! Jassi does GREAT work & does it fast, I was impressed with her speed but what really won me over was the fact that the salon had a sitting area for my children-being a single mom it can be hard to find time for self care but Jassi & the other lady that works in the salon welcomed them & assured me they would be fine while I got my services. Threading hurts but I get waxed here since we're told nail salons aren't fully licensed to do waxing at all. Which they've messed up my brows multiple times so I stopped going there and eventually found my spot here at this location. Anyways, after waxing most of my brow they always ask if they can thread just a little bit, which I've always said that's fine as long as it's not mostly threaded and instead waxed like I asked. Well, this day (Saturday 9/21/24) which was yesterday, I go in and end up seeing the wax artist I would go to in the first place (last year) but hardly saw again. I was told it's because she only works Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and I was always going throughout the weekday or Sundays; she's the older short light skin lady, could be the manager or not. So of course after waxing she asks to thread a little, and since everyone else has done it without trouble I figured this time wouldn't hurt. But as she got to the eye lid, I felt a pinch a few times in a row. It stung but not like a normal thread should but I thought maybe I'm just sensitive this session. Thinking back on it now, she put A LOT of gel after she finished which I thought was weird but just brushed it off. Come to find out it was her hiding the fact that I was bleeding since she nicked me multiple times but didn't say anything. I even flinched multiple times and she never said sorry or anything at all. The service finished and I checked the mirror to see it was alright looking which it was decent (I saw some hairs below my brow but just wanted to be done with it) and said it's good. But obviously wasn't bleeding because she JUST wiped it again before I sat up to check it. I paid and walked out. Went across the way to that clothing store literally right after and when I looked at my sister she told me I was bleeding. I used the clothings stores full body mirror to see that I was, pretty bad too. So we walk right back over to Brow Arc and I show her and she says "do you always have sensitive skin?" I said "Yes but I've never had this happen before. Is there something you can do?" She offered me more cooling gel and that was it. I didn't want to pry more so we just left. We walked to the food court and sat down and I had my sister take photos while it was still "fresh" (see photos below). It wasn't until I got home that it started to sting even more, so since yesterday I've been using cooling gel when it acts up and it's slowly getting better. In my 14 years of getting my brows waxed and/or threaded from MULTIPLE artists and locations I have NEVER had this happen before because of "sensitive skin" like she suggested. I paid for a service that actually injured me that an artist lied about thinking I wouldn't notice. That also didn't help or offer partial refund, and she was even tipped for it too. I really wanted to love this place but not everything is always best for you. Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning to this place and I hope people take this review into consideration as well.

She does amazing work and I am only discontinuing service with Empress because of Jessica Carbullido, the owner. If Bri had her own business I would still have my lashes done by her. Jessica is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. In the last 7 months my appointments have been cancelled and rescheduled a number of times. She is unresponsive and does not have the best interest in her clients. So let's talk about my last experience with Jessica..... I made an appointment for Friday Sept 22 through their online scheduling app and paid the $90 for my appointment upfront. (You have to pay before your service when booking the appointment). I showed up on time for my appointment and after waiting for 15 min I text the appointment number (because there is no way of reaching either of them) and said I was there but the door was locked. I got a call from an unknown number and it was Jessica saying that she never got my appointment and neither her or Bri was available at that time. I told her I got my confirmation email and the $90 was already withdrawn. Jessica said I could go to her apartment to get them done early the next morning and she would refund me $50 for the inconvenience. I agreed. At the end of my appointment the next morning on September 23rd I asked about the $50. She said she would refund it through their payment manager and I said okay and gave her a cash tip. A few days go by and I hear nothing, I sent her a text and never got a response. Text her the day after that and still didn't get a response. Then again sent her one a few days after that and still got no response! Screen shots are provided. I then messaged her personally on Facebook and finally got a reply! She said she would rather it go towards my next appointment... HA! Yeah right. So you want me to booo an appointment where I have to pre pay the $90 all over again? No thanks. She said she could Venmo it to me, I said that would be fine but still today I have not gotten the $50. I sent her another message and still no response. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My new lash girl is awesome and stress free.

LeNice is by far the kindest, most experienced person I've met. You cannot beat the prices btw. Most microblading range from 500-1700 dollars! She quickly eased my fears. It was quick and painless, she even numbed your eyebrows before getting started. LeNice was not pushy at all, and catered to your every decision. That was her motto, "it's your face, not mine." Jassi, personally is the best salon lady I've ever encountered with. She is very professional and is also very fast. She has a very nice nature and also has 10 years of experience which you can clearly see through the quality of her work. She does a perfect job in making you get your ON FLEEK look. And to throw some icing on the cake, she also has one of the best prices around the whole state and currently she is running this 75% grand opening deal on all type of threadings with which u can get your threading done for ONLY $2.50.
