It was a little packed beyond distancing in the waiting room, so I asked for another seating area -- was able to sit in the showroom and work while I waited for my car to be ready. Vehicle had multiple service lights on, and we agreed that they would take care of the 'service engine light', but not the others and agreed to reduce the price (which was $1000 overpriced anyway). The took care of the service engine light and we drove off the lot. One day later, check engine light is on (so apparently all they did was simply reset it and did not fix what was causing it). I actually figured they would do this, so while I'm not exactly surprised, I am disappointed and calling and speaking with our sales rep, Mason, didn't do a bit of good, period. Like I said, shame on me. We were also going to buy another vehicle from them this weekend, but LAW Chevrolet in Boonville has much better YELP and GOOGLE reviews, so we'll be taking our business there. Wouldn't want to get scammed twice in same week. It's further away, but definitely worth it.

I frequently need to transfer money from the US to my bank in Colombia. My phone was recently stolen and that caused all kinds of problems as I use it to transfer the money. I used Find My on my iPhone to shut things down. Right now, I am once more locked out of my account. I use the auto save feature on Chrome to be able to use more secure passwords. The web sIte keeps telling me I have the wrong password. Then I use the same one by cutting and pasting and it works. Until this morning. I am now locked out of my account because they say the information they have on file does not match their records. It is Thanksgiving, and there is no one available to help. I transferred money several times to Colombia before I left to return to Colombia and everything worked fine. I also did it from here with no problems with my old phone. My pension check will come on Dec 1 and I need to be able to transfer money to pay my bills. They are now telling me I can not use their card for Apple pay on the iPhone I bought here to replace the one that was stolen because I did not buy it in the US. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. It appears to me their security people have no clue. They blocked my access on my computer, but using a VPN got around it, until this morning when they told me the information I gave them did not match their records. I did it twice. It was accurate. And of course, being Thanksgiving, there is no one there available to help. I am planning on switching banks for my pension check as soon as I can get access to my money.

I sold my vehicle on a Thursday and was explicitly told I would be paid the same day. When I arrived, the person I had been working with was suddenly no longer employed there, and I was handed off to a sales representative who was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I was then told my payment would be ready on Monday and instructed to reach out that morning to confirm pickup at a different location. I did exactly that, only to arrive and find out my check was not there. After repeatedly telling the salesperson that I live five minutes away and would pick up the check in person, I was then informed--at the last minute--that it had been mailed instead. Clearly, there was zero communication between locations. My instructions were not passed along, and the agreed pickup time was never relayed. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I attempted multiple times to contact management to understand what went wrong and resolve the issue. Not a single call was returned. That alone shows how little they value their customers. This experience was a complete waste of time and a perfect example of poor customer service and even worse communication. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door, then fail to follow through. If you're considering selling your vehicle, do yourself a favor--sell it privately. You'll likely get a better deal and avoid the headache of dealing with a business that clearly does not care about its customers. To say I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. This was a frustrating, disorganized, and frankly deceptive experience from start to finish.
