Called a sales manager (Chris) whom offered to do a couple hundred of the price increase but doesn't see how the dealership made any mistake / wrong doing. When I explained that it feels more like a bait and switch after numbers were agreed upon, he escalated his voice saying I was being unreasonable. Unfortunately he did not care if his GM (Ed whom he said was sitting next to him) received an email from me. As such I am posting my experience for others so you can be informed when buying a vehicle here. Just because it's agreed upon and in writing, doesn't mean they will honor it.

It's a simple break line replacement but they don't have mechanics that can warrant the work so they refuse to do it. On top of having to pay another 85.00 tow bill to relocate it to another facility, when I mentioned I would complain to Chrysler corporation, Josh the "manager" condescendingly asked if I needed the complaint number. No empathy shown and when I asked why they are listed on their own website as a Chrysler service center they only offered excuses. Avoid this dealership and service department!
