They looked around for a bit and could not find it. They then told me they could even find any record of my special order. I explained what had happened two days ago and who had helped me, but the employee did not really seem interested. Why would they choose to argue with a customer about whether or not special order took place? I don't think I will shop again at any O'Reilly's picked a fight cheap car part.

First, Joe recommended only the most critical repairs and gave me a tentative timeline of when other repairs may be needed. I'd be driving across the country and he made sure I was traveling in a safe vehicle. When I arrived out west in the scorching heat, my engine light went on. I took it to the local Scottsdale dealer on Camelback and they gave me a long list of critical repairs over $3500! They made it sound like my car would drop out from under me if I didn't have the repairs done. I called Joe. He disagreed with the assessment and spoke directly with the Scottsdale dealer. He is amazing. I took the car to a very reputable repair shop that my cousin has worked with for years, IMM Auto in Tempe. Cost for the actual critical repairs, plus a repair that would be needed by next summer, under $1000. My 4Runner is running great! I wish there was a Kenny Kent in every city that I could go to. I trust not only Joe Fredrich, but also the Kenny Kent dealership.

The new issue is have been told by a tire show is mostly like to be an issue feom the brake lines not being bled correctly

I had some Flowmaster Super…read more40s in mind, but the shop owner gave me a pretty good rundown on mufflers and suggested 50 Delta Flows. I agreed that I wanted a good sound, but not loud. He was right. Car sound is perfect. If I went with the 40s I would still have too much cabin noise and that's what I was there to eliminate. Dave is an exhaust master, he'll get you right. He even painted my pipes black! Price is reasonable and it's quality work.
