I walked in an hour before close on Friday and they said it would be no problem to lift the car up and add some new screws. They gave me a call to say it was ready about 45 minutes later. Jan Williams need a few years in a customer service class setting as her customer service skills is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with my entire life. Cliff's is not much better. Do not take your car there if you have body and mechanical needs because they do not have the skills for both. They do get one star for body work but it only took them 4 months to get my car repaired after hitting a deer. When I finally got my car back the dash lights lit up like a Christmas tree. They failed to fix the hood latch which would caused my anti-theft and car safety features to be disabled. I you tubed the fix and took it back to them to repair. Then the emissions light came on and Cliff kept it all weekend just to reset the light and send it back. He finally said "I'm, not a mechanic!", ok fine but did it have to take 4 months for you to tell us?? Our insurance agent was able to get us in to a Honda service center and complete the fix on our car. Had they been honest from the get go about their mechanical skills we would have arranged for the fix but it took 4 months to finally get answers. Let me be clear when I say they are rude and not customer oriented. They say they stand by their work but I wont' take that to the bank or advise anyone to take a damaged vehicle to their shop. After the entire ordeal they never offered anything from a cup of coffee or even an apology. The old saying is when you get good customer service you tell a few people but when you get bad service you tell 12 or more. I've told everyone I can to steer clear from this business when you have a severely damaged vehicle. Lesson learned for me that's for sure.
