They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

The service department person I spoke to, Quentin was very friendly and asked how they could help me out. They got me in right then, and showed me to the waiting area. they had coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks all laid out and two TVs on. One was playing Leave it to Beaver and the other Family Fued. Within minutes I received a text with the inspection info, I checked what I wanted done and I was out in less than twenty minutes. First off they stole my yellow microfiber towel I had in my vehicle. Secondly they reinstalled my front lip over my skid plate and when it wouldn't fit correctly they decided it was good enough to give back to me with over a 1/2 inch gap and all the self tap screws were either showing or just jammed sideways against my bumper not even in the holes. They also reinstalled my carbon fiber radiator guide on top of my bumper instead of under like the way I had it. All of this is just a lack of care and goes to show these guys don't take pride in their work. I really am truly upset.
