The service attendant quickly got my car in for inspection and the mechanic, Dean, resolved the problem for me in no time! They showed me the problem and gave me repair options. They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

I asked if there were any discounts because I thought it was going to be $19.99, like the last several oil changes that I had. They lie. Don't trust them!
