Terrible Cheats, took my 96 Chevrolet lumina in, asked for a complete rebuild to go along with a crate engine I just had installed. The car was barely driven, 30miles a week tops. 5000 miles later the Transmission 2/4 band went out, while taking it to different mechanic the transmission stoped shifting and stayed in first gear. The vehicle was towed to the mechanic where he inspected the transmission. His conclusion was that the transmission had never been rebuilt only filter was changed all parts inside show 140000+ miles of wear and the gears and bands were ruined. Because it took 2 years to put on the 5000 miles, in order to find out that they never fixed the transmission. They stated it was out of warranty and they could do nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS!! read more

However, she couldn't give me any kind of estimate for the price of a "diagnostics" (nor did she even try) & when I explained that I couldn't just bring my car in without having any idea of what the initial diagnosis may cost she simply hung up the phone on me. I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. Very rude first contact with this business that did not promote any kind of trust in this business.

Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Very reasonably priced, too, actually cheaper than any other place I've had my oil changed at, and without having to leave my house. I'll be using Chris moving forward and highly recommend that you do, too.
