I brought my vehicle in for full service - oil, filters, rotation, etc. I was getting ready to…read moretravel out of town and ask them to double check tire pressure and check for any nails. After I left, I stopped by to fill up the gas tank. As I was filling up, I noticed a screw in the back tire. I was so damn mad, I went right back to the Express Lube to complain I didn't get what I ask for. At first the guy tried to argue that they did everything I requested, and they either missed the screw or I picked it up after I left. I was so pissed because they were closing, and I had to leave early on a long road trip. The guy finally said, "pull it in." He removed the screw, plugged the hole, checked all the tire pressures, and didn't charge me. Everyone else had left and it was just him. I told him I appreciated him doing right by me. I will continue to do business there, but I will still double-check to see I got what I paid for the first time.

Price from old location 6 months ago up over 30%. cashier rude should be replaced. When you want to sell new cars this part of the business is the most important to keep customers with you. Will not go back even for a new car or truck there are more places to buy from.

We were LUCKY when the new manager came to Evansville (I think in late 2017 or in 2018) from a…read moreMidas in Tennessee -- and his name is Lucky! We had been having problems with my grandaughter's 2008 Jeep Patriot -- and again yesterday morning, I got the call that my grandaughter needed to take her Jeep to a repair shop AGAIN! -- she chose to go back to the Evansville Midas on North Green River Rd -- where she had a new alternator installed Oct 2018 -- and we met Lucky for the first time. He had not been at the Evansville Midas very long and -- we are the lucky ones. My review is in regard to Lucky finding the electrical problem in this wiring harness (not easy to isolate and locate real problems when electrical) and now we understand where all the codes and problems stemmed from -- a short in a wire in the harness that was due to placement of the harness in manufacture that allowed it to rub against metal and wear through after a number of years -- remember, this is a 2008 vehicle -- there were 6 codes showing and as he worked some more appeared and finally -- he found the real culprit(s) and time will tell BUT he found the wire that was shorting out and has repaired and replaced what was needed and we can hopefully look forward to a span of time without visits for repairs!!! Jeep is usually a reliable vehicle -- I am on my 3rd one and every one of them was basically trouble-free -- so kudos to Lucky for spending the time and not giving up on finding that specific wire and getting that vehicle back on the road on the same day as we brought it in.

Took my 2017 RAV 4 in for a routine wheel alignment. Had just replaced all 4 tires and wanted to…read moreconfirm alignment was okay. 30-40 minutes later was told minor adjustment otherwise alignment okay. I never observed the mechanic performing any adjustments. Was handed list of work that need to be done on my vehicle that cost hundreds of dollars. list included: replacement of all brake pads and rotors, coolant flush, brake fluid flush and oil/filter change. Everything on list, except brakes, had been done within last 60 days. I and another service center had previously looked at the brakes and found them okay. Also, my steering wheel had oil/grease on it from mechanics hands. I found this place to UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
