Came in on a Saturday morning around 8:30, I had new tires installed at a different tire shop and…read morethey could not put one of the lug nuts back on my tire due to an issue with the stud on the wheel. Originally Raben was going to replace the stud and quoted me $100 total, but once they got my car in, they were able to clean the stud and put the lug nut back on, only charged me $50. I was gone and on my way by 10:30. Would definitely come back for any other auto issues!

Customer service was not great. I went in for a (not free) quote on my car and when I got it back…read morethe mechanic never explained what was wrong with my car. Instead handed me a paper and charged me. No small talk was even given. Absolutely awful customer service will not be going back.
