I took them there several times to bath and shape the face. In December he said they were getting too long and it was hard to keep them in shape. I said not until after Christmas & pictures. I took them in January. I said with my fingers not to cut them shorter than two fingers. I got called in less than an hour my male dog was at vet with possible seizure. in minutes I got a call from vet they had my dog doing CPR he was brought in in cardiac arrest. I said don't stop until I get there. When I got there he had been shaved to the bone. My best friend gone. Then when my family brought little girl home I had to watch her, my beautiful fluffy white Bichon shaved to the bone for weeks grow out. Never a word never a I'm sorry 'nothing'. All I know is this is that there is precedent that if a dog is under deep stress and put in water they can have a cardiac event. just my story. twelve years later.

This was her 1st time with at the groomers and they cared for her as their own. The owner was very respectful extremely nice, and caring. I was a little afraid at 1st because I wasn't sure what the outcome was going to look like. After picking up my puppy from the groomer I must say I absolutely loved the way they cut her hair. This place is fairly decent all-in-all. The staff is great. However, the dog park and bar can have…read moreissues. Some people that frequent the spot, let their dogs become aggressive and don't curb or police them. Others , are blindly yapping away when their animal is pissing and crapping in the play area and fail to clean it up like you are supposed to like us responsible owners do. Most people are friendly but, it is mainly for more than one person. They have TV's but, there is so much activity where they are located that it is hard to focus. If you are alone it can be boring except for the fact your dog is enjoying it (which I guess is the point!) The bar used to be hit or miss but has improved. While a I know this isn't a place you should be going to get tipsy even , I mean I get it , it's a dog park but when I have ordered a shot or two of whiskey with my beer , I was really ripped off more than a couple times by two specific people. The bar manager is great and I think she corrected the light pours, which is great because the alcohol there isn't cheap. I'm not ragging on the bartenders though - all of them are nice and polite. I have only limited experience with the Doggy Daycare and while I don't know what actually goes on back 'there' my dog seemed to be happy when picked up. I will say one of the young ladies who normally checks me in young, with mid-length blonde hair was not very friendly. It was like 8AM and it's Doggy Day Care and isn't cheap , probably be a bit friendlier to the customers. Other than that , it's a decent place to enjoy an afternoon with a beer, or not, while your pup plays and socializes with other dogs. Just wish some owners would be more attentive of their dogs behavior - most are! Recommend checking this place out.
