I knew his snout was matted at and I had mentioned that to her before I left, and she said that she would have to cut that shorter, which was understood. But the rest of his body was not good. When I tried to have this fixed, she told me that she would have to charge another service fee to do it because he was matted. She never mentioned anything about that before I left and she tried to say that he always comes in matted. I said you have never mentioned that in the years that I have been coming there. Then she goes in to say that I am not a good customer and says I don't tip. So now I'm thinking you take care of dogs differently, depending on if someone tips or not. He also has been ill since that appointment and not eating and licking himself. I have to take him to the vet to get looked at because something must have happened when he was at this last appointment. After taking him to the vet, come to find out he has a bacterial skin infection. He feels so bad, he licks the area so much and barely walking. He will not be going there anymore.

They hold the pet free of charge if you're running a little late. They also take pictures of your pet and give them nail painting. Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

They are a boutique grooming studio in South End. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, Nikki was ready to take Miles. We did a quick consult for what he needed and then she was off to do her thing. I picked up Miles an hour later and he looked so good and he smelled so good. Nikki did a great job with his hair cut and also getting him acclimated to grooming since he's a puppy and had never experienced grooming before. Nikki was very loving with Miles. I'm highly satisfied with their service and with his bath and cut. They are definitely going to be my permanent groomers.
