Customer service is hit or miss. There have been times when I've walked in and both attendants were talking to each other and seemed unaware that I was standing there. Overall, they weren't very attentive to people coming in and out. I love that they're open 24 hours so that is a bonus of why I decided to join. They have a sauna and separate rooms for a different workout areas. Pricing is very reasonable. This location is not in the best part of town, but it's conveniently located. The sanas are always broken The gym is always packed and people don't ask for weights before taking them, leaving you with no weights because it's so packed everyone else has them. Staff is rude at the entrance as soon as you walk in. Then every time I check my email there's always a message from the gym saying I potentially owe $50 for someone tailgating (entering the gym with my access pass) then I watch the video attached and there's clearing no tailgating happening. I've given this gym so many chances but overall I think it's terrible and anybody looking to come here should think twice and make a drive to LA fitness which is right behind it

I attended the 7:30pm class and it was amazing - very challenging, but worth it. It started with a warm up run to the intersection 2x, followed by conditioning, and then 1:1 in the boxing ring with the instructor. The instructor was very knowledgeable, made sure I understood the fundamentals, corrected my technique, and was very encouraging. This is a very supportive gym and it definitely be back!!

I was able to lose over 13 pounds and 6.6 % fat in just under 2 months. The workout consisted of 20 stations of different workouts.
