Customer service is hit or miss. There have been times when I've walked in and both attendants were talking to each other and seemed unaware that I was standing there. Overall, they weren't very attentive to people coming in and out. I love that they're open 24 hours so that is a bonus of why I decided to join. They have a sauna and separate rooms for a different workout areas. Pricing is very reasonable. This location is not in the best part of town, but it's conveniently located. The bathroom have been clean the few times that I've gone.

It started with a warm up run to the intersection 2x, followed by conditioning, and then 1:1 in the boxing ring with the instructor. The instructor was very knowledgeable, made sure I understood the fundamentals, corrected my technique, and was very encouraging. This is a very supportive gym and it definitely be back!!

However, I was later charged for both months and an annual fee of $65 before the two month promo period needed. When I questioned the charges, I was told that I should have read the contract, even though the promotion was presented very differently. The salesperson, Amir Emadian, told me that I had not been charged, but I later found charges on my account. I also experienced ongoing charges that were never clearly explained to me. They also told me I was never charged the first month $4 so they were charging the first month now at $144. I have multiple charges on my account from the day I signed up and it's only been one month. This place is a scam. I feel that the sales presentation was misleading and did not match what actually happened. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining to carefully review every document and closely monitor their bank account for unexpected charges.

This was my first time doing CrossFit, and I am happy to say it has truly changed my life. Coach Tucker has been instrumental in this new journey I embarked on half way through my thirties, to join the military as an officer.With a combination of group training days and individualized training, not only did I achieve my goal of being able to pass the military fitness test by doing enough pushups and sit-ups, but I killed my test by scoring a 93. I was able to lose over 13 pounds and 6.6 % fat in just under 2 months. The best part of it was having a coach but also a cheerleader who gave me nutrition advise and answered my text messages on the weekend. I could not have asked for a better experience. I love how positive and encouraging he is and also how everyone in the class pushes each other to keep going even when it feels challenging. The workout consisted of 20 stations of different workouts. All the equipment was great, the workout was well structured and being new Coach Sam checked in regularly to make sure I had the correct form and to push me to keep going.
