This was my first time doing CrossFit, and I am happy to say it has truly changed my life. Coach Tucker has been instrumental in this new journey I embarked on half way through my thirties, to join the military as an officer. With a combination of group training days and individualized training, not only did I achieve my goal of being able to pass the military fitness test by doing enough pushups and sit-ups, but I killed my test by scoring a 93. The best part of it was having a coach but also a cheerleader who gave me nutrition advise and answered my text messages on the weekend. I could not have asked for a better experience.
