Customer service is hit or miss. There have been times when I've walked in and both attendants were talking to each other and seemed unaware that I was standing there. Overall, they weren't very attentive to people coming in and out. I love that they're open 24 hours so that is a bonus of why I decided to join. They have a sauna and separate rooms for a different workout areas. Pricing is very reasonable. This location is not in the best part of town, but it's conveniently located. The bathroom have been clean the few times that I've gone.

Every time I enter it's something else Nothing is clean, and when you try to use wipes they're empty. The sanas are always broken The gym is always packed and people don't ask for weights before taking them, leaving you with no weights because it's so packed everyone else has them. Staff is rude at the entrance as soon as you walk in. Then every time I check my email there's always a message from the gym saying I potentially owe $50 for someone tailgating (entering the gym with my access pass) then I watch the video attached and there's clearing no tailgating happening. I've given this gym so many chances but overall I think it's terrible and anybody looking to come here should think twice and make a drive to LA fitness which is right behind it

I attended the 7:30pm class and it was amazing - very challenging, but worth it. It started with a warm up run to the intersection 2x, followed by conditioning, and then 1:1 in the boxing ring with the instructor. The instructor was very knowledgeable, made sure I understood the fundamentals, corrected my technique, and was very encouraging. This is a very supportive gym and it definitely be back!!

Coach Tucker has been instrumental in this new journey I embarked on half way through my thirties, to join the military as an officer.With a combination of group training days and individualized training, not only did I achieve my goal of being able to pass the military fitness test by doing enough pushups and sit-ups, but I killed my test by scoring a 93. I was able to lose over 13 pounds and 6.6 % fat in just under 2 months. The best part of it was having a coach but also a cheerleader who gave me nutrition advise and answered my text messages on the weekend. I could not have asked for a better experience. I love how positive and encouraging he is and also how everyone in the class pushes each other to keep going even when it feels challenging. The workout consisted of 20 stations of different workouts. All the equipment was great, the workout was well structured and being new Coach Sam checked in regularly to make sure I had the correct form and to push me to keep going. However, I went today for the first time and the front staff asked me to pay $10 to try the fitness for my first time. She mentioned that this promotion expired yesterday apparently. In the website they are providing false advertising which should be updated asap. It does not feel right to go in the website and have different information compared to the one you receive when you go in to this location. The fitness was similar to LA fitness. I did some legs and arm machine.
