So I've been going here since I got my license, every single time I go it's $90+ and I have a 2014 ford fusion. This time I decided to ask why it's so expensive every time and they say it shouldn't be and this specific guy has been charging almost $40 more than it's supposed to be. They didn't give me my money back, they gave me a 20% discount which doesn't even cover one oil change with the amount they up charged. I'll be going back with my dad to get my money back but i've probably lost $300+ going to this place and I really hope the guy gets fired. Unprofessional. read more

I would rather my cars motor blow before taking it to this place. This is for the guy on 3/12/26 that was mopping the floor 15 minutes before closing. Great job losing a customer for good! A service technician neglectfully damaged my vehicle during an oil change and then lied about it. A situation that should have been remediated on the spot took weeks of follow up, with the manager ultimately refusing to honor their verbal commitment to replace damaged parts (which should have been ordered several weeks prior) as I had threatened legal action due to their lack of action or communication. read more

Generic text messages in response to complaints. Don't blame them. Used to work the wash. Quit. Sick of stupid people with a monthly pass that feel they need to wash their car everyday. Free vacuums where idiots just throw there crap everywhere. So glad I don't work there anymore. Self entitled da wit idiots. If you buy a car and don't know how to put it in neutral you're a moron. This car wash will destroy the paint job on your car. The biggest problem is in the "pre wash", when their staff wash your car with power washers - except sometimes they hit your car with the gun and take a little chip of paint. After only a few weeks, I was stunned to find my car looking like I drove a few hundred miles behind a gravel truck. On top of this, if you sign up for their monthly subscription, know in advance it's harder to cancel than an old school gym membership. They provide an email address (which apparently no one monitors). I have had to have a new credit card issued because they simply keep charging it month after month. read more

Starting by saying I come here very often, just now deciding to write a review. The oil change crew are welcoming to customers and aren't afraid to make the scene enjoyable. They are very communicative and open to questions. Almost seems like they enjoy coming to work! (Hard nowadays some places). All jokes aside the team here is very kind, and will make sure you're accounted for while having your car ready for the next thousands of miles. Every once in a while I go through the car wash to get my monthly cleaning... always trust those guys. They brush my back tail really well where a lot of dirt gets stuck, as well as making sure to knock away some of those bugs that's get stuck up front. The only flaw I see is the cloth that helps the industrial blowers dry your car tends to leave a streak here and there on your windows. Nevertheless your car will be shining when you leave:) Overall I just think the workers here enjoy coming to work everyday, and you can see that in their demeanor and attitude. Waited a couple car lengths back so whichever lane opened up I could just use that one. Some guy in a huge black truck zooms in front of the left door after I've been waiting 5 minutes. The car in the right lane finished and was leaving so I moved over into the right side. I was told to back up to let the guy in the truck go first. No way will I go back there again. That girl with the bad dye job needs to have better customer service. read more

Used this place for years for multiple family vehicles...got worse & worse. at four oil changes in a row they told me my transmission fluid was "getting dark" & needed changed. On the fifth time I told them to go ahead with the recommended "flush & replace". The next time getting my oil changed the same guy told me my transmission fluid was getting dark & needed changed...SCAM. When I called BS & told him I had had it done last visit he said they can't always get all the old oil out so it contaminates the new oil & needs to be repeated. BS. I paid (a lot) for a FLUSH. I've been repairing cars extensively for 40 yrs. Never again at this place...and they added an automatic drying cloth device to the car wash which smears dirt back on the car at the end! read more

I get my car washed here almost every day. The staff is always friendly and greet me. Pricing is appropriate, and very reasonable. I would recommend this business to anyone read more
