not sure if it was feb or march. i took my car in because i was having problems with my heater. i…read morewas told my blower motor needed to be changed. when i picked up my car he was closed. he did not give me a recipe but told me if anything went wrong to be sure to bring it back to him. i thought that was weird because i've had other work done by him and hes never said that to me until this time. my heater worked great until july. i was having problems with my a/c i took it to him and he once again said my blower motor had to be replaced. i told him that he just replaced it a few months ago. he argued with me and told me that i was wrong. i went back home to look for my recipe. thats when i remembered that i didn't get a recipe because he was closed and didn't want to start his computer back up when i picked it up. he knew i had no proof of him doing to the work so he flat out denies doing any work and wouldn't replace the blower motor. he tried to show me his records telling me he didn't do the work but i said thats funny because you also don't have the record of you doing the oil change that same day. he claims he didn't charge me for the oil change. i said come on thats ridiculous you know you charged me and if you didn't change my blower motor how do i know that it was about a $450.00 charge for the work? he continued to argue telling me the computer is on his billing system so if he did it it would be on the computer but as i mentioned earlier he was closed and shut down when i picked up and paid for my car. i had someone else change the blower motor and come to find out. the blower motor a job that he charged me for was never changed. i said now it makes sense why he said what he said to me. i think it was just a bad connection and when he noticed the blower motor working again he charged me for a new blower motor that he never actually changed. then to cover his tracks told me that he guarantees his work and if anything goes wrong to go back to him again he's never said that to me for any other job he's done for me. then he realized he didn't give me a recipe so he just flat out denies doin the job at all. if he didn't do something to the heater then why from feb or march did my heater work like new? it worked from feb or march until july. i think in july the motor did give out. a motor that he claimed he replaced but never did!!!
