Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. When we call, super-friendly receptionist, but slow to no response from Terry. It's been a week since project was 'completed,' and still haven't heard back about why: - final product has a bleed trim a full QUARTER inch MORE than promised, affecting final design; - mysterious $20 added to final bill - over and above quoted price and previously-articulated extra fee for trim; - despite a pre-job discussion about 'overs,' we only received about 420 out of the 500 copies paid for. We really wanted to be happy with this choice. Only expected what was explicitly communicated by Terry. Did not deliver on his word. Very, very disappointed.

I was referred to this guy by someone else in the printing industry. At first I was confident in…read morehow the job would be done but quickly realized I messed up in hiring this company. I was under the impression they would actually create my sign and give me options. I was given one sample at first and it was pretty clear I could have opened a word document and typed out exactly what he did. With a lot of guidance from me, we finally came to a sign worth printing. I thought I would be great as I hired a "professional". that's not the case. This guy advertises "10 days" from print to delivery. he promises one thing and then doesn't follow through. Then he thinks he can try to go after me as though I'm in the wrong telling me I dont read my texts but it's clear he doesn't communicate well. His messages contradict each other. I asked for delivery in person. he proceeded to deliver my signs under my gate (prepaid mind you... per his policy). He hit my bench behind the gate which messed up the sticker. Upon reviewing the sign, the corner was torn, the edges were coming up and the "sticker" didn't even go to the edge of the sheet of metal; therefore, it's not centered. There are two pieces of metal (I provided myself because if I wanted a large sign he was going to make me pay for metal that wouldn't not have been used which is not very customer friendly). One of the words on the sign was split and the other piece that had the remainder of the word was not lined up correctly, so now there is a gap in my sign. This guy gets away with this and it is so frustrating to the hard working small business owners who trust him to make their business great. I'm so over scammers like this. You're welcome to give him a try, but if you actually care what your product looks like, you care how much you pay, and you care about honesty, then find another sign company. I should have known better than to trust someone's word.

It's a family run business so I felt like I was treated like a "real" person rather then just another client. I didn't feel stupid asking questions and the graphic designer didn't rush me through the design process. Printing turnaround time and shipping is really fast, my signs have always arrived in great condition and Deluxe has even come through for me on a rush order that I needed in less then 24hrs.
