Not a bad experience at all. I originally tried making an appointment online, but it looks like…read morethere were no available appointments at any of the quest diagnostics till next Tuesday (5days away) so I booked the Tues appointment but still decided to take a chance show up early in the day today and see if could potentially be seen as walk-in to test my luck. As luck would have it I walked in, put my name in the kiosk as a walk in around 11:30ish and only 1 other walk in person was ahead of me with 10 scheduled appointments to which the "wait time" was potentially anywhere from 30-60 mins etc and that was an IF. I sat down in the waiting area and they called about 5 people in while waiting and I saw a few people come out as they did so. That took about maybe 20 mins? Then I was called, so not to bad I really only waited 30 mins MAX as a walk in this morning My technician was nice and straightforward but felt bad she seemed a bit rushed but understandable I'm sure she sees a new person every 5 mins. As someone who is DEATHLY afraid of needles and typically faints when blood is drawn she was extremely gentle with me and I barely felt anything. I'm actually shocked how easy it went for me, then we finished after 5-7 mins and had to do a urine sample and done. My only minor complaint is there is typically a box in the bathroom or dedicated box for urine samples away from the Public so it's more private and disclosure however it looks like even after you do the sample you may have to walk back into the testing room while another patient is getting there blood drawn to place is on the box in front of them. It's just alittle weird but none the less not a bad experience, will come again.

so I give 5 stars for the techs. The quest in TO can never get my vein the first time but this one…read morecan. The thing is if you have to go in the morning before work or fasting and don't have an appt the wait is insane. I arrived 5 min before they even opened for the day and I waited an hour and 40 min. They take the walk in patients last but when they schedule like 5 appts every 10 min that gives no time for walk ins. I think they should book at least a little extra time for walk ins.

I mentioned to her that there were a lot of negative reviews, so I was thankful for her kindness, and she said "Yeah, I can imagine a lot of it comes from walk-in's. And I feel bad they have to wait so long but we're required to take appointments first." It's as simple as this. If you are a walk in, there is 0 guarantee of when they can help you. Make. An. Appointment. It is not hard at all. Google the following "quest appointments". Click the first link, it takes 3 minutes, and will save you all this hassle. Also, keep in mind that the second one patient is done, another can't be called. The blood has to be stored, the space has to be cleaned, etc. If they are laughing and chatting with coworkers like so many of these frustrated comments say, then so be it. All in all. Make an appointment. You have no one but yourself to blame if you walked in expecting a 5 minute wait without an appointment. The nurses very clearly say "We're not sure. It could be 5 minutes, it could be 4 hours."

Made an appointment for 12pm I arrived at 1148. Checked in on their kiosk which was super easy, I just scanned my barcode that was sent to me by email. A male called my name asked for confirmation number and then I waited to be called. I was in by 12:02 pm about 2 mins after my scheduled appointment. I'd say that's amazing in my book. Staff was nice, explained the process of what I needed to do and took care of business. I was in and out by 1215 ish the latest. I had planned to be there for an hour and so I cleared my schedule from 12 to 1. Now I had all this time to kill and decided to just run more errands. So I went to the DMV. I was impressed. Good job, LabCorp.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for several minutes. When a staff member finally appeared, I was simply directed to use the kiosk, despite having questions that required assistance. During my visit, I also observed elderly and disabled patients who appeared to need help checking in, yet they were also directed to the kiosk with little to no assistance. After checking in, I waited approximately 20 minutes before being called. The employee who assisted me displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a medical setting. Her tone was stern, dismissive, and unwelcoming from start to finish. I understand that drug testing requires specific procedures, but there is a significant difference between enforcing procedures and treating people with respect. Throughout the process, I felt as though I was being treated like a suspected criminal rather than a professional completing a routine employment requirement. Every instruction was delivered with an unnecessarily harsh tone, and the overall interaction left me feeling degraded and uncomfortable. Regardless of whether someone is taking a pre-employment screening, a court-ordered test, or any other medical test, patients deserve to be treated with dignity and basic courtesy. The entire experience felt cold, impersonal, and hostile. If I had a choice, I would not return to this location and would not recommend it to others. Unfortunately, this location was assigned by my employer. This was easily the worst experience I have had in a healthcare-related setting, and I hope Labcorp takes steps to improve both its customer service and patient experience.

She infrequently answers emails and then complains if you send too many. She took my blood the first visit where she brought in her new puppy. She paid more attention to the puppy than me and then charged me $300 for the visit. Okay. Hopefully she can fix my issue. The blood work came back. The report showed I had pre diabetes, lupus and some other horrible disease. She said I needed her to interpret the findings. Then she gave me 20 vitamins to purchase and take every day! I'm still having sugar issues and my eyes going wonky. OH!!!! And she charged me for a telephone visit to go over these results. Another $300!!! I took the report to my GP. I was so freaked out!!! He did blood work and I was fine. No diabeties no lupus. No other diseases. Fast forward 6 months. And my sugar is still messed up. My eyes are still wonky. Sent her an email asking why my sugar is still messed up. She didn't respond. Sent another email. She responded with an appointment. Sent back that time didn't work. Never heard back. In my opinion and experience, if you have medical issues, this doctor is not for you. If you need help and communication with your doctor. This is not the one. I have never had a hormone doctor charge me for tests and then another charge to review them!!! $600 later and a whole lot of stress because of her blood tests, I still have a sugar issue and my eyes are still going wonky! I'll find a new doctor. I'm not recommending this doctor at all.

Since I had an appointment I was called in about 10 minutes past my appointment time which was ok. Then the tech can't find the right blood draw order from my doctor's office. I had to find it on my phone and show her. She added the needed test to her computer screen by scanning and typing in my phone which felt intrusive and odd. The worse part came later. I told her I have bad veins and to please use a small needle and call someone good at drawing blood, if she can't find a vein. She puts a large needle in me and the blood hardly trickles, and the vein collapses. Rather then quickly remove the needle she keeps pushing and I am in agony.. She then proceeds to tell me I need to wait for someone more experienced and that they got this 'one draw rule ' before they call the experienced tech. Then finally the second tech comes and tells me my veins are all collapsed and come back on a different day, or use the phlebotomist at my ordering doctor's office which is two hours away from me. I have a huge bruise and pain from the failed blood draw, my tests need to be repeated, as they never got an adequate blood sample, and the attitude of the women techs towards me was so rude, uncaring and mean. They were yelling at me, I have to add that I had multiple blood draws in this facility before, and the other techs were always successful at getting a good enough vein to complete the blood draw. So, today I just got unlucky with a bad tech who could care less. If anyone reading this at Quest Management, there must be a better way to treat your patients, and hire better qualified phlebotomists.
