Massage was good - at first. I asked for medium pressure. The therapist must've thought I said "hurt me as hard and intense as you can," because for one hour I felt like I was being tortured. Seriously. I asked three times to lighten up, but it just got worse. It hurt like crazy. I stuck with it and at the end, she came in with a small, wet towel that went cold quickly. I left feeling slimy. My body hurt for days after, especially my wrists. I feel like I have carpal tunnel as she crushed my wrists. If you're into an extremely intense massage then this place is definitely for you. I like good pressure, but a massage should never hurt - especially not days later. I probably won't go back.

I sent a cancellation email in March 2025 before my wife and I annual contract expired. Specifically, Cheryl could not locate the email I sent one month prior. I received an email one month after expiration indicating that she had attempted to charge my card and my wife's card even though we had spoken on the phone about cancellation. She claims she did not receive the email. She also had the incorrect cell phone number. No one's fault. The email right place and no one's fault. The phone number she was using was incorrect. I simply asked that the extra month charge my wife be refunded and that the credits we had remaining, 10 of the 12 month credits that we had not used, not be canceled until the 60 day point after initial contract expiration. I have the specific emails and have conversation with Cheryl today. She continually argued with me told me she couldn't find the emails and became combative. I will never do business here again. i informed Cheryl & I am pursuing contact with the franchise owner.
